I called Texas Airzone back in 2021 to get a quote on a system. Isaac came out and answered all my questions. I appreciate his no pressure approach. He has a wealth of knowledge. I am an engineer so I appreciate that. He came out for an issue that I requested help with, same day. The office staff is friendly and very responsive. Diagnostic fee is very reasonable.

Brett was fantastic. Very informative. Very efficient. He fixed the problem completely. Took me up and showed me what was wrong and what needs to be done. He made recommendations, without being pushy. Super helpful guy, probably the best service man I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this company, but especially recommend requesting Brett to come help you out

Texas Airzone has been keeping watch over our residential heating and cooling system for over 5 years. The technicians have always been thorough in their explanation of preventive service reports. Any recommendations are prioritized for severity and urgency. Roy has been our technician for the last 2 years and is always prompt and friendly. He is efficient and able to make inspections and repairs in a timely manner. The company is excellent with their communication and is wonderful with text notifications.

Always timely and professional. Carlos gives me a thorough explanation of what he did and what I can do to improve my system. We apparently have a very complicated and expensive system in this house and when we first moved here 9 years ago, I had a hard time finding a company that could work on it. Once I finally found Texas Air Zone a few years ago, I haven't used anyone else. I recommend them often when neighbors ask. See you all for my next service call in six months!

Texas Air installed our new American Standard furnace & ac unit in July 2022. From beginning to end the installation process was painless. Isaac was our rep during the purchase phase and I appreciate that he was thorough in explaining the benefits the system options that were available. It is almost a year later and we are happy with our new system. About 1 month after the system was installed we had a minor issue with a clogged drain pipe and Roy was sent to resolve the issue. I like Roy's professionalism. Today he came out to perform our complimentary furnace & AC maintenance service. He took the time to explain what is going to be done, and why, and he showed up with shoe covers. Thank Roy, Thank you Isaac and thank you Texas Air Zone.

We have been Texas AirZone customers since we bought this house 10 years ago and they always take great care of us. Roy was amazing. He was thorough and answered all of our questions and even made some cost saving tips and suggestions. Our AC is back up and running now.

Will definitely use them again. Signed up for their HVAC maintenance program and was impressed on their first visit. Francisco was the technician and was on time and thorough. Didn’t try to sell me anything and did a great job cleaning our HVAC units and checking them out before summer. 5 stars

After moving in I contacted Texas Airzone to service my HVAC system on the recommendation from the previous home owners. Brett was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything, answering questions, and doing overall excellent work. I can see why they came highly recommended and am glad to continue using their quality service.
