    Second time using Texas Air Zone and they were able to come same day! Greg was courteous, knowledgeable and honest with his findings. Our home seemed really humid regardless of how cool we had it turned down to. A few tweaks to our units and closing the flue later (yep….I feel like an idiot) and we were set. He also told me a few things to look out for moving forward. Thank you!

    hey were out this morning for routine maintenance. After telling me everything looked good and leaving, my system started throwing errors. I called the office and was told someone would call me back in a few minutes. At 4:45 and not hearing, I called again. I was told that I was on standby and that they were busy and they don't know if it was something they did for the unit to stop working. I called again after checking how hot it was. I got someone else who treated me like I was irrational for wanting them back out and thought the previous person told me something different. She said she would listen to the calls. She called me back to tell me they were getting him out there and refunding my service call and canceling everything out. The guy showed up and said he forgot to hook something back up and even said he should have been sent back here immediately. I appreciate the tech. For the people that answer the phone, you caused a lot of unnecessary frustration. If you tell people that you are going to call them back, do it. Don't tell people you are busy when the failure started immediately after you were here. Things happen like this.

    Previously had different company look at problem with Carrier A/C unit 2 times but couldn’t determine issue. Greg with Texas AirZone clearly knew how to diagnose problem and solved it. Highly recommend and will call them 1st for service or when time to replace unit.
