Did full HVAC system and ductwork replacement 3 years ago. The install was professionally done and easy to deal with. Excellent financing was available through their company as well. No problems with the system, has worked well everyday since the install and lowered our electric needs. We do the twice yearly service agreement, which has been smooth sailing as well. The same lead tech that installed the system was assigned to us for service, and he’s been the same tech to come out except once for past 3 years. Conscientious, competent technicians with well organized, modern admin. They are not the cheapest, but they’re high quality. No headaches or constant upselling. I trust them to do good work and be professional in my home. Definitely recommend.

Texas AirZone has done an incredible job every time we've used them. This past summer our AC finally went out. Frank is the main person we've dealt with, and he is amazing. He bent over backwards to find us freeon that is no longer made so we could have some cool air while we waited for the new AC. He helped us figure out what system would be best for us without overselling us something. The installation crew came in and closed out old registers and put in new ones. They did such a good job that even the inspector commended them. As we've adjusted to the new air flow in our home, Frank has come out to tweek it and make sure it's cooling the whole house. We have nothing but great things to say about this company.

Our old AC unit finally gave out last week, so I gave Texas AirZone a call to get someone on it ASAP. They answered promptly and sent a technician within a few hours.

Roy was very professional and talked me through my options. We decided to move forward with a new unit and they were even able to move some things around to get an installation team out to my house that same week.

Armando and the installation team called in the AM to let us know they were on the way, and called when they were finishing up which only took about 4 hours.

Very pleased with the work they did and with the professionalism from everyone I dealt with. Highly recommend to anyone with HVAC issues!

I have used Texas AirZone for over 5 yrs for my A/C and Heating system maintenance. Since the first maintenance, Brett came out to service. He is professional and knowledgeable. He educates me of his service. He will show me any parts he recommends to be replaced due to wear and tear, which has only been 2 in the yrs using them and my unit is 10 yrs old. I feel comfortable with his expertise and trust him to perform a proper maintenance service twice a year. I always request Brett to do my maintenance service and they always comply with my request. Thank you Brett for always showing up and most of all for being honest. Also, the personnel scheduling the appts have always been helpful and pleasant to speak with.

I contacted Texas AirZone based on the reviews of this site. We had a particularly tricky compressor and the team solved it. Great responsiveness, solid pricing and knowledgeable technicians. They don't automatically push for getting a new unit and you feel like you've found your go to provider.

Texas AirZone has been a reliable and responsive company in our experience! They’ve fixed our very old AC system two times when other companies told us it wasn’t able to be fixed. After losing power to my thermostat, I called Texas AirZone to troubleshoot, and they sent someone over very quickly. Brett traced the issue to a clogged drain line. After going over a few options the issue was resolved quickly. Brett was super nice and friendly. I will use this company again.

Update: after thinking about it, they knew the was drain was clogged but didn’t blow it out. Stating they needed to install a ball valve first at a cost of $200. There are ways of blowing out the line without this valve. I know because I did it myself. Their fix was pouring hot water down the drain to clear it just enough for it to flow a little. This lasted about 24 hours then it clogged again. So I basically paid them to diagnose and pour hot water down a drain.
