We had Kenny out this morning as part of routine maintenance check of our two AC units. He called ahead of time to let us know when he would arrive, was punctual and polite. Kenny was able to find an issue that previous AC repair company ignored and within 30 mins had both systems up and running at full capacity. Extremely professional and courteous. Would use again and recommend

They came as a home warranty repair call. I believe my tech name was Sean, he came and said nothing is wrong with my AC I just needed to change out the air filter. I had the air filter handy and he said I bought the wrong filter because BOTH tech (one was in training) tried to put it in. Never did he test anything else to see the cause of the problem. He immediately left after that, I knew the air filter I had was correct because I have changed air filter before. He just insisted it was the wrong air filter. As soon as he left, I went and put in the air filter it took me a few second. I immediately called the tech to see if he would like to come back and check the AC. He said "No, he is sure that once the air filter is in it will work." Needless to say, AC is still not working. Even I knew the air filter is there to collect dusk and even if there was no filter the AC should still be blowing cold air. He simply did not care about his work or was having issues that day. I Will never recommend A?C rescue to anyone.

OMG, I'm sooo impressed about Kenny's service. I wish I called Kenny the first time instead of Number 1 Air. What Number 1 Air guy quoted me for $480 plus $99 service fee that I paid out of pocket, Kenny took care of it in 20 minutes without any extra charge after paying the service call fee of $75 under my home warranty. Kenny gave updates about when he comes and showed up on time, whereas Number 1 Air they cancelled me last minute regardless of my appointment scheduled. Kenny was beyond professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and trust-worthy. I'm so glad that I found my forever go to guy for my air-conditioning issues from now on. Learned my lesson the hard way with Number 1 Air experience, but I'm grateful that I found Kenny on my second try.

I cannot say enough about the A/C Rescue, Inc technician, Kenny. This is a very knowledgeable man who shared tidbits of information with me regarding the AC units, types of filters and best use of the thermostats. I was impressed with his customer service; he kept me apprised about his arrival time. That's an A off top. His demeanor and energy was so positive. His technical skills were on point. I wish all technicians who service the home were as great as he was. Kenny, you need to write a book on customer service as there are plenty who would benefit from your expertise and knowledge. Don’t expect them to do a good job the first time. the man who helped us this year vividly remembers coming to our home last year with the same problem. it’s taken more than a week to get a response from them only to have them tell us to be grateful we have one working unit…?i don’t know why they’re so sassy? if your home owners insurance refers you to them i HIGHLY recommend asking for someone else because the unprofessionalism is unreal. They’re cutting costs and putting that burden on their clients by having only one person be in charge of work orders…during the busiest season…make it make sense?

If you have ANY kind of emergency and this is the company your home warranty connects you with, ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. If there were a lower rating than 1 star, they'd deserve it. They don't call you ... you'll always have to repeatedly call to schedule and check on things. And under no circumstances will they treat your issues as if it is of any importance. They won't research anything. They prefer to just sit there and do as little as possible it seems. And when you do find a way to connect with Amanda or Michelle, you can just sense the attitude.

Unprofessional service at its best. I'm so thankful that I didn't proceed with any repairs after reading most of the reviews. I suggest that you recommend to any warranty company as I have to NEVER recommend AC Rescue at all.

Thank God for Richard! We’ve been dealing with ac issues the past 2 months! Home warranty kept sending out another company who obviously didn’t know what they were doing! This other repair had been out to our house 6 times, even replaced the outside unit & the problem still wasn’t fixed! Home warranty finally switched companies & sent out Richard & he had the issue fixed in about 15 minutes! He was very nice & explained exactly what the problem was! I really appreciate people like Richard who’s knowledgeable, respectful, & actually does their job!

I've called them out to my house many times and they try to make the cheapest fix possible and leave in a hurry. My house is 85 inside and has been for weeks and they don't care. Technician came out on the second visit and said " try changing the filter" and didn't check anything or run any tests. When I called back to voice my concerns they were pretty aggressive and hung up on me cause I wouldn't accept her answer of I don't know how to help. Would never recommend this company to anyone ever.

I used AC Rescue through my home warranty. Richard showed up on time and let me know that he was on his way. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure that our unit was taken care of and ready for the hot summer. Thanks Richard for the great service! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Kenny was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful at diagnosing and fixing the issue. He went a step further and amended the service request after noticing the low refrigerant in the second unit and with my request. We will definitely request him again!
