AC Rescue was assigned to my American Home Shield request after another service company out Rockwall could not fix the issue. (left me with a unit not working) Kenny showed up today and jumped right into the issue. He asked a few questions and started troubleshooting. He went through his steps. He found a couple of issues the previous tech messed up and was able to correct. I am very happy with AC Rescue and I am glad they sent Kenny out to fix the problem. Will definitely recommend to anyone

We just had our 3 units serviced today by A/C Rescue. Our technician, Richard D., was amazing! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. There is no question, we will use A/C Rescue (and request Richard) for any future AC needs.

We had an issue with our A/C unit and we originally called another A/C Repair company we'd seen a commercial for on TV and they showed up and said we needed a full unit replacement, we were looking at $15k-$20k in cost. Before spending that kind of money we wanted a second opinion, not only was Kenny from A/C Rescue prompt, polite, and professional but he inspected the unit, took multiple measurements of pressures and other things I don't fully understand, *and* explained to us why there is absolutely nothing wrong with the unit and it doesn't even need repair/maintenance, much less a full replacement. Kenny's honesty has 100% won A/C Rescue our future business for when the time does come that we need to replace the unit or need any kind of future repair. Highly recommend!

Technician Kyle came out to check my ac unit that was making a loud noise and not cooling the upstairs part of my home. After being at my home for approximately 10-15 minutes nothing was resolved and the issues still remains unresolved. Kyle stated he put a part on my unit that didn’t resolve the issue so I thought maybe it was the wrong part he proceeded to get an attitude with me and hung up in my face after just asking a question. I talked to the manager who was very rude and unprofessional and proceeded to talk to me as if I was the AC professionals. All I wanted was clear answers and an understanding of what was going on and all I received was very unprofessional attitudes. Kyle stated he changed a part I would like to see receipts. I called my insurance company and was told the order was closed out after nothing was fixed or resolved.

I cant stress how UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY RUDE Amanda was with me that made me make sure to advise all my friends that have American Home Shield or need ac unit fixed to not request A/C rescue because of Amanda alone.
My warranty company called them out to see why unit kept shutting off, they came left and next day woke up to flooding from unit that leaked from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor.
When I called to speak to manager Michelle who was out of office at the time, I was transferred to Amanda. Instead of having a conversation and hearing me out to resolve the issue she began to accuse me of yelling at her & became extremely rude and ignorant not to mention quick to ignore any fault. When i called her out on her lies she stated call was recorded which i replied great because she was definitely in the wrong.
If i have question i advised its because im not an ac professional, My biggest pet peev too was she kept interrupting me and not allowing me to speak. If this is who you have representing your company no wonder businesses have gone to Sh!t!
Thank goodness it was an easy fix and no major damage.
Worst part was I wasn't calling to charge them, my initial call was to find out where the agent failed to check my pan and sensor for over flow and go from there, see what amount was my responsibility vs there's.
Forgot to add that when I called them Friday to tell them of the flooding they stated I would have to wait till Monday to have someone sent over. Went the whole weekend with my house hitting 90° to where I was forced to by a window unit to try to control heat and humidity.
Extremely done with this company!

This company is terrible. Do not use. Not only did they fail to accomplish the repair on the first service trip, they got angry with their customer when they were questioned why it was taking over a week to provide a quote. They also wanted to charge 200% over what the bill should’ve been. The manager was extremely rude, unhelpful and I will NEVER use AC Rescue Inc. again. It sounds like they don’t do a lot of their own work anyways - they sub a lot through third parties, so there is even less accountability. Avoid them at all costs.

My home warranty sent them. They reported I had never had my A/C cleaned (I had, less than a year ago and have the invoice for it with pictures). Because of this, my home warranty won't cover the repair. If your warranty sends them, ask for someone else.

I have AHS and getting my HVAC work orders moved to another contractor. AC Rescue is an unethical company trying to milk warranty and exploit both AHS and me the customer. Several of agents and supervisor Michelle extremely rude condescending. Changed diagnosis from tech diagnosis on-site. Tried to upsell inferior low sear system to replace previous reps of compressor. Recommended replacement unit for pvc pipe issue. Also the warranty work they did for compressor open new ticket is work they previously did less than 90 days ago. New issue never diagnosed or dispatched. Will never have AC rescue on my property again. Very low ethics company. I will contact BBB and write up taking time write negative reviews of ACRescue.

Our heating system kept turning off so we called AC rescue Tuesday night, they were able to send someone the very next morning! Kenny was our tech and he kept us updated throughout the process, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. It’s been working great ever since!

They visited me as part of my Home warranty, technician told me that I have leakage due to bad damper motor which not covered under warranty so I paid them additional $400 to fix it however over the time i learned that this didn't fix the issue. when I call them back to check it out- they said damper motor has nothing to do with leakage. overall I feel ripped off and there no courtesy to at least checking it out. I even offer paying more if there is a different reason.. bad experience.
