Outstanding could not mean enough! They had the time to fit me in and the company sent two very professional and knowledgeable techs. A short amount of time later they narrowed the problem down to the blower motor, replaced it that afternoon and everything is working perfectly fine. Hats off to both Todd Puckett and Mike Sanford. Definitely would recommend them and A/C Rescue for their expertise!

They serviced my A/C last June, 2021, and replaced a valve, plus added 2 lbs of R-22. It is currently not cooling properly (May, 2022). Had it serviced by a different company who checked coils to find they were not cleaned last year and are caked with dirt, etc. causing a very high head pressure, etc. Obviously, A/C Rescue did not fully service my unit for which they charged $160.

This company booked an A/C tuneup with me. They called me the evening before the appointment and cancelled 'due to an emergency'. I was unavailable due to having surgery to respond to their rescheduling request right away, and they then informed my home warranty company that they had completed the workorder. When I did call to reschedule, they informed me that the workorder had been closed by my homewarranty. I called my home warranty service and was informed that the workorder was still open, but the contractor refused to reschedule the service. This company was dishonest and unprofessional with no regard for customer service.

A/C Rescue is the company my home warranty used for my seasonal AC checkup. The first appt the technician was 2 hours after the window he told me he would be there. When he got to my house, the power had just gone out. I rescheduled the appt and that technician gave me a two-hour window between 11 and 1. I notified him early in the morning that if he could not be there by 1 I would have to reschedule. At 12:53 he texted that he was on his way. I tried to call but no answer. I left my house to go to another appt and the technician called me and yelled at me because I had another appt and it wasn't his fault he couldn't get there in the window he said he would. I told him that was not an issue, but I had another appt. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me that it wasn't his fault. I just simply told him it was the second time his company was late for an appt. He started getting belligerent, so I hung up. I called his company and spoke with his boss to let him know how the technician had spoken to me. I then called my home warranty company and asked them to provide another vendor for my AC checkup.

Assigned to me by American Home Shield. First visit to determine what the repair would be. Bad evaporator coil. They informed me that I would be responsible for $2,390.00 not covered by AHS. Grudgingly, I agreed. Installer camer out to install parts. Asked him to show me all items so I could take a photo of them. He refused, started complaining about the heat, and he didn’t have time for this. Said I was procrastinating while I was on the phone with their office to give them credit card info because he couldn’t start the job until I paid the $2390. Complained again again about the heat. Told him if he was so concerned abot the heat he should have been here 2 hours earlier.( Attic heat goes with the territory). He then got in his truck and left. I called the company to have someone (other than him) to come out and finish the job. They read his notes and said I was belligerent. Needless to say, they closed the ticket and hung up on me.

This is the company I request when I call my home warranty company for any problems with A/C. Because they keep you updated until person comes out in the time frame they say they will come. Kenny was out today and took care of problem in no time. Kenny was professional and efficient.

Called back after using them through a home warranty company. Needed some one to look at unit a see if a leak that went through my 2nd floor on to the kitchen floor was from a.c unit had a tune up from A.C rescue a few weeks ago through warranty company. Lady assumed I was blaming them for the leak told me to call warranty company I said I need some to come now. She got a attitude and told me to call warranty service. I told her to have a good day and she hung up. Called back to speak to supervisor got her agian she than started to scream at me about trying g to get them out there for free. Said i was willing to pay. Then told me I was beating a dead horse and hung up

We used this company through our home warranty, and we were especially pleased with how quickly they were able to send out a technician. Kenny was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He was able to identify and repair the issue in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with the service.

Found AC Rescue through my home warranty company. Office staff, Brittney and Scott, were friendly and very helpful getting my repair set up, great customer service. Richard, the tech, arrived on scheduled and went right to work. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to repair my air conditioning unit. Thanks to the team at AC Rescue, I am sitting "cool" at home on this scorching July day. Highly recommend AC Rescue.

Home warranty company sent them the next day after my service request. Kenny the technician kept in constant contact letting me know when he would be arriving. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and explained what was wrong and the following steps on how and when the repairs would be done. Was definitely a great experience for a stressful situation.
