We recently had A/C Rescue come out to repair our Air Conditioning Unit. They called us in the morning to let us know about what time to expect someone. Another call came 45 minutes ahead of scheduled arrival. Mike Sanford and Todd Puckett both looked at our issue and explained what was the problem and what they would be doing to correct it. They completed the job leaving no mess along with what the problem was and what was done to correct it. Both individuals were knowledgeable about their products and made sure I understood things I could do in the future to ensure my system runs smoothly. I would recommend both Mike and Todd to anyone needing help with their Air Conditioning.

Kenny did an amazing job at fixing my AC problem! He was very polite and informative, he went above and beyond to help as if it were his own home. He is an honest hard worker and I will definitely be requesting him if I ever have problems again! Thank you for everything!

My Kenny (A/c Rescue) was very professional and knowledgeable. He went a step ahead to advise on cost saving step that can be done. I had thought the unit will require a repair but he identified the problem without a repair. Such an honest technician.

If you are a home warranty customer you do not get their 24hr emergency service nor do you even get next day service. Both times our AC had issues we were assigned to AC Rescue through our home warranty and both times we had to wait 2 days before they could come out. The most recent time the inside of our home got up to 90 degrees and they did not care. When I questioned them about advertising 24 hour service they said that was only for their commercial customers and that they don’t make enough money off home warranty visits to prioritize is. Not only that but that had to come back twice in one week because their technicians can’t properly repair and AC unit in one visit. They act like they are busy but todays technician napped in his car out in front of our house for 30+ mins after finishing the job when he could have been assisting another customer.

Our technician, Kenny let us know exactly when he would arrive, was very courteous and diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes. He had the replacement part in his vehicle and had our AC up and running immediately. We have used A/C Rescue before and have always had great results. Thanks, Kenny!

Cory is an amazing guy!! He got my heating system back going and was so sweet to my 92 year old Grandma! Thank you Cory for figuring out what type if heating system I have!

Beat experience I’ve had going through American home shield. Kenny showed up at the beginning of the time window and quickly diagnosed the issue. He needed a part and while this would usually require another appointment he came back in under an hour with the part and finished the repair. This company and especially Kenny is top notch. I highly recommend!

Cory with AC Rescue came to home to help after two other companies were not able to help. He spoke to me in terms I could understand and recommended parts for repair. He was courteous and explained the simple band aid fix versus upgrading my units. After install he came back and answered all my questions and left me feeling valued and appreciated. Kenny is an amazing technician! He is so professional and courteous but above all very HONEST!!! We had another estimate for refrigerant and the other company was going to charge us for 2 unnecessary pounds. Wow!!! On top of it all Kenny knew the amount the other company had given me.
