You never gonna receive a call from them for the service appointment.
They took very long time almost two days to send the diagnostics report of my AC to my AHS.
Never recommend this company.

Cory from A/C Rescue came to my house to fix my heating system that wasn’t working today. Before arriving he called to let me know that he was scheduled to come to the house for the repair giving me a 2 hour range of when he would be there. After asking if he could give me a call when he was on his way he did in a timely manner to ensure we would both be here. Cory was friendly, polite, and very informative on what he was intending to do. Upon inspecting the heating unit he quickly identified what the issue was and had a solution to fix problem right there. He quickly replaced the part in question and detailed everything he was doing to ensure full transparency about the problem. Upon asking him some questions about an airflow/design issue I have with my house and my master bedroom not getting the same temperature as the rest of the house he quickly provided 3 different potential solutions to remedy the issue. I would ask for a pry to come back to my house if and when the time needs and I get to use A/C rescue. It’s not often we get both skil,, knowledge and great great customer service but I did today. I was this company and the person that goes by the name of Cory was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, on time, informative on his findings, and descriptive in his ability to explain solution options, but the thing that stood out the most was his eagerness to want to help and customer service. As an owner of many businesses and know a thing or two about customer service, Cory come second to no one and he is and guessing must be a important asset to AC Rescue given the number of competitors they have in this industry. I will use AC Rescue for any future services for all my properties and will ask for Cory every single time. Thanks Cory for simply being you and the quality of work you do!

Our home warranty sent out a crew of two from A/C Rescue to do a routine pre-season check-up on our heating system. The two men that showed up were professional & quick about their business. Explained everything well and were in and out.

One interesting thing is that my wife had asked one of them a question - he said he'd check on it, and then my wife had to take a call, things happened, and they left before answering her original question. One of them called my cellphone about 15 minutes later (they just had my #) and gave the answer to my wife's question. Would've been easier to keep driving, but they took a sec to get back to us, which was really nice. We didn't get major work done, but I'd take that kind of diligence as a good sign.

Mr. Richard was very professional and he came right on time and explain everything I needed and advise me to call. Should I need anything he deserve a five plus that wait wait

We were serviced today by Kenny and he was very professional and explained each process to fix my AC issue . Kenny answered all my questions and did more that expected . This is service as it should be expected by any service industry. He is a true representation of a knowledgeable service professional. Keep up the good work and thank you for your honesty addressing all my issues and keeping my family cool and comfortable.

Hi my name is Teressa and this morning I had a blowout on 635 freeway. I had a spare but my jack would not work. I called for assistance but it was going to be hours before any help could come.
Then this big beautiful blue and red van with A/C Rescue on it pulled over to help and out came "Carlos".
I laughed because he pulled this deluxe hydraulic jack out from the van, the kind you only see at the tire store. He explained he was a mechanic for the company and that's why he had that. He changed my tire in under 2 minutes and I was back on the road in under 5.
I tried to give him money for his kindness but he refused. So I am reaching out to his company to give him a Kudos!

What a hero!!!

Cory was professional and personable while working on our HVAC. And, not to mention, he called saying he would be at our house within 26 minutes. Although, I didn’t believe it - he rang my doorbell 25 minutes after his call. Cory recognized the HVAC problem, explained it to me, then proceeded to resolve the issue.
I recognize that all HVAC calls are not quick fixes. But, I do know who to call when and if I need a professional.

Cory has been my technician for the past few years and he’s been amazing! Always diagnoses things correctly and fixes the problem quickly. He calls before he comes and always has a positive attitude. Highly recommended!
