Happel Mechanical

I’ve called Happel Mechanical twice over the past years. Rick is professional, informative, and gets the job done for a fair price! I trust him to do quality work and will not hesitate to call him again in the future.

I used Happel Mechanical to replace my ancient HVAC system. I had estimates from other companies but Rick's seemed the most honest and fair.

It only took a day after the estimate to accept and set a time for the next week to get it installed, which I thought was quick. Rick and his team arrived on time, were courteous, and kept me in the loop with everything they were doing. They replaced the A/C and furnace and removed my old system (not an easy task!). They also fixed some duct work that turned out I sorely needed, and even though it wasn't part of the estimate Rick gave me options to make sure it wasn't a problem.

The install was quick and I'm already seeing the benefits of the new system. It's like a brand new house! I'll definitely be calling Rick and his team at Happel for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I can’t recommend Happel Mechanical enough. Rick went above and beyond answering numerous questions and taking the time to work with our schedule and budget. They are not the only hvac company I have worked with in Dallas but they are the only one I would recommend. I would give them 6 stars if that was an option.

He charged us over $600 to come out, add some refrigerant to our Samsung mini-split, determine there was a leak on the inside unit, and advise us it would need to be replaced. He then got defensive when I questioned the amount of the charge and never even got back to us with an estimate to replace the unit.

I have had Rick service my HVAC for many years. He is professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I will only have Rick Happel service my AC/Heater. I highly recommend Rick's services.
