Hedrick's Service Now

After spending a couple days trying to get my home warranty company to fix our broken AC, I decided to just pay out of pocket to get it repaired. Hedricks had 2 guys here within a couple hours of me calling and the issue was fixed in about 30 minutes. Fair, transparent pricing. Awesome techs. Would recommend to anyone. Wish I never even tried the home warranty process.

Chris was prompt, thorough, pleasant and efficient! We appreciated him checking our system in this extreme heat!! His advice was to follow up with a quote for new duct work vs a new system. Thank you Hedrick Mechanical!

I have used Hedrick's twice now, one for a garbage disposal replacement and the second time for a toilet replacement. Both times were pleasant experiences. Personally, it's important to me that I can trust someone coming into my home. The tech's are honest, reliable, and do quality work. I vetted Hedrick's for quite some time before calling. The vetting was against all of the well known companies and the small companies In the DFW area. It also included some background checks. The technician, Chris, checks every box la customer needs and wants in the way of service. Chris is the best person that I have ever experienced from a AC and Heating service company and I'm up in my years, so I have experienced a few service companies. I don't expect that opinion to change after the project finishes as scheduled in two days.

We have used Hedricks Service Now for the past 8 years. They always deliver a great product and excellent customer service! Conner was the service tech who came out this time. He was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the problem with our ac and explained the repair needed. Repair was made and unit started cooling immediately. Price was reasonable too!
