Hedrick's Service Now

Wonderful company to work with! I highly recommend them. They installed and maintain our system beautifully coming out twice a year for maintenance checkups as part of their club package.

Repaired leaking water pipe under our house. Efficient and cleaned up when he was done. Great service

I called Hedrick's on a Wednesday and they added me into the schedule for Thursday. Connor was very attentive and diagnosed the two main problems I had (with the dishwasher and a bathroom sink) very quickly. He came up with several workable solutions and gave me good advice on which ones to choose, based on price, durability, how long I will actually be living here, etc. Great company great service highly recommend.

The purpose of this visit was to perform a integrity evaluation of our AC unit which went very well.

Had lots of work done, all our ducts and 2 units. The pricing was reasonable and they really worked with us. The providers were very professional and did a great job. They sent a rather large crew to get the work done quickly, so we wouldn't be without heat at night. I am very happy with Hedrick's.
Two years later we used them again to replace the drain line under the house. As with the hvac work they were professional and did a great job. They clearly cared about customer satisfaction as they patiently listen and addressed all of our concerns. Regardless of which group I have dealt with (folks answering the phone, technician, or the owner), I have always felt like they listened and understood my issue and have generally been great to work with.
I used Hedrick's again for replacing my upstairs attic water heater and as with the other times they did good job.

Great experience, overall. Very responsive in setting up same-day service. Technician was very friendly, clean and conscientious when working in the house. Pricing is communicated clearly up front to avoid surprises. Although the price for repair was higher than I anticipated, the work was done well and I received some advice and "training" so I could do the work in the future. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment today with Hedrick's for my AC units. Chris came out and as usual did an efficient job. He did not have any extra filters (not needed until 3 to 4 months down the road) but promised to come back the next time he was in our area and bring them - which he did a week later. Hedrick's always does a great job and provides much better service than most other companies. I highly recommend this company!
