Turned out the major repair the first company quoted was actually a loose wire that was quickly discovered and reconnected for a small price. Ken arrived on time and he wore his shoe protectors and was neat and clean while doing my heater maintenance. He went over everything with the unit and let me know there were no concerns at this time. He helped me set up my thermostat as I had a few questions regarding the heat, emergency heat and settings. He was very informative asked if I had any other concerns or questions and I was very happy with their service.
