Hedrick's Service Now

Great company. Quality service. Diagnostics was spot on and repair was done as recommended and problem solved!

I contacted Hedrick's Service for A/C repair. I realized my A/C was not cooling when I arrived home late on Saturday night. I called Hedrick's Service after Sunday morning church services. I was set up with a Monday morning appointment. I received a text letting me know the tech was in route; followed by a text with Chris's picture. Chris arrived, completed his work & updated me within 30 -35 minutes. I was completely satisfied with Chris. The system was installed by Hedrick's in February 2019. The great news is they honored their warranty and there was no charge for the service. I remain completely satisfied with Hedrick's Service.

**September 2020 - Our A/C quite! Had Ken come out - following protocol and very professional. Repaired a wire on our new unit that was chewed by a critter! Oh goodness - Texas critters! That till stop an a/c all day long no power! Thanks so much Ken! We will call an exterminator as suggested! Thanks for no charge to us on this service call!

Conner came out and quickly diagnosed the problem concerning a tankless water heater issue. Ended up just being a loose wire. Fixed it right up. Will definitely use these guys again. These are guys that you can trust. Hard to find that these days. Highly recommend Hedrick!!

Hendricks installed our system several years ago. Every time we have them out for service it's a positive experience. The techs are honest and straight forward and always do what it takes to make it right. You can tell the company has a great attitude geared toward outstanding customer service and integrity. I will always use Hendricks.

Hedrick installed our unit. We have had good care from this company.

Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. Besides maintenance of heating system, there were some minor fixes to outdoor electrical box near external unit. As always, we are pleased to use Hendrick's! We recommend Hendrick's services! (In the past 2 years, Hendrick's has performed duct work, installed a new HVAC and added ducts to our addition. Our entire house has central HVAC!)
