My experience at conns has always been great. Gloria was able to help a great deal, helping me understand everything.

Went in looking for a couple of things. Freezer and family room furniture. Sells staff not interested, one person just stood behind counter. Noone said Hi or acknowledged us.
Lost out on a big sale. Haha

Great customer experience. I was greeted at the door and assisted the whole way through my purchase with no problems.

Went in today to look at TVs and washer/dryer set . Instead of anyone offering to help or at least a greeting , they were to concerned with playing around with each other at the middle desk . Could of had a customer today as we were ready to purchase after filling out application online . Sucks 4 you smh
