Kenneth & Ben installed our new furnace. They were top notch: competent, and took the time to give us a fast orientation to our new system. They even took away the old furnace and packaging that arrived with a new one. It’s nice to have heat again, especially with winter right around the corner.

Installation of new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater into a small closet. Our salesman Derrick was good with his no high pressured sales pitch to the excellent pricing. Our installers Josh and Bruce were professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable. What should have taken an 8 hour day ended taking 14 hours because the standard 20 inch water heater wouldn’t fit in our closet. Our installers had to stop installation until the search for a water heater that fit could be found. Eventually a water heater was found. After running after it they were able to finish the installation. Josh and Bruce stayed on even though hungry and tired to see the job was complete to their and our own satisfaction. A job well done. I appreciate their hard work and dedication on completing the job not leaving us with no heat and no water.

contacted for work and they were able to come out the next day. Super nice technician. and right on time. Took the time to explain that he was doing to me and showed me exactly what was wrong with the furnace. Turned out the it was on it’s last leg and we need a new one. The repairman wasn’t pushy about needing to purchase a new one from them but very helpful in explaining my options and setting up an appointment for a quote. Felt very pressure free which I appreciated.

Super pleased with your employee. He figured out my controller and found that my heating part of my system works awesome after all. Didn't have to spend any money repairing or replacing. That's awesome! You guy's made my year! Thanks so much. SHANE. .

Personal are polite,works well,they project with you financially , they do their best to make it happen , delighted cause option were given for my necessity and budget. I was treated like if I was part of their business family we loved that. No complaints at all. I'm delighted we called them. Service excellent. I will recommend them to my family members.

Ezekiel was fantastic! He was personable, and knowledgeable. He found a broken part in my aging furnace and did an great project of explaining why it needed to be replaced as well as providing a diagnostics to see if there were any other problems that weren't visible. I can endorse this company.

repairman was knowledgeable and explained part of the process. He was able to repair my issue. I contacted the company in the morning and 2 hours later the technician was at my home! Excellent customer service!

Michale was professional in his his task and easy to understand in explaining what was was going to do. He replaced two saddle valves with better quality valves. Although it was a bit pricey he did an overall superior job. Thanks Michale!

Been using this company for all my maintance needs and repairs and I trust their work. contacted them in to check on my water heater but they noted a bigger dilemma with my pressure regulator valve. Did not charge me for their diagnostic but noted the problems that could occur if maintance was done or if the system remained as is. Honest people that don't want to screw you over.
