Great selection but the staff was pushy and not very educated on their products.

People are great place is well lit and clean but dealing with the online experience was a nightmare.

The store in San Marcos Tx. failed in every way from service to delivery. The delivery people showed up with bad attitudes and were determined not to do the job. They made one weak attempt to bring the couch in the house put it back on the truck and left. The driver told my wife that some people need to measure their doors before they bought furniture and we would not get our money back. My 23 yr old grandson was there and offered to help them get the furniture in the house and was told no. The furniture goes back !. My wife went back and picked out another suite and was offered a price match for a slight upgrade. We did not ask for this and was willing to pay the upgrade. So after 4 seventy mile round trips to the store we were told as of today there was no more price matches. After paying the upgrade we were told that it would be another week before we got our furniture. The so called " floor manager never once kept a promise to call us back that day. And it was a different " floor manger" everyday. I was never once offered an apology for all the screw ups. But I know now who will never get the chance to sell me anything again. I ask the first "floor manager where the furniture we were looking at was made. He did not know. It was USA made and he did not know that. I think the staff was more interested in their cell phones than their customers.

Conn's Rep are awesome. For the first time even experience with Conn's were a greatest experience ever.

My Tv went out and had to be replaced, so I got preapproved for financing, then went down to the store in College station, found what I wanted and was immediately assisted and processed through and set up my delivery for next day. I had a wonderful experience!

Came in with my family because I needed a washer/dryer and a kitchen table. I looked at all they had to offer in both departments, spent at least an hour looking and not once was I ever approached to see if I needed any help. Since I was never offered help I went to Home depot for my washer/dryer and harvety fory dining table. Won't bother with Conn's again

This store has absolute liars working for them my husband was told that his account would be placed on hold for him to come back in an get a matching dryer to the washer we already picked up not only did they not have the dryer they also raised the price 300 more than what it was prior to him picking washer up they told him they didn’t have it in stock instead of working with him

Only giving this location a 3 due to one sales associates laziness efforts. Almost a week after our purchase, we thought we bought a higher end mattress. Only to find out it’s a step below the one we actually wanted. Dewan na was NOT professional at all. She let us wander around the store for at least an hour and was very misleading about what was in stock and what wasn’t in stock. She also informed us that she couldn’t come help us with our purchase at the time due to her having another customer, needless to say, she didn’t get our sale. She pulled the mattress we “wanted” and in actuality it was the wrong one. Shout out to Travis for saving the day! We will be back to see you! Travis deserves 5 stars by far!
