Terrible experience,poor communication about delivery! Corey was very rude he got mad because I wanted to cancel my daughters order and hung up in my face (very unprofessional) I called back to let them know I was gonna call cooperate office and Jamey was very rude instead of trying to see what was going on she immediately started talking smart to me. I will drive to Houston for services from here on out

I suppose noone has a refrigerator. Conn's still has my $1,600.00 and won't return my money and doesn't have a refrigerator to sell me. At least the first place I ordered a refrigerator from did NOT steal my money. Now I can't even shop a third location. I'm without money.

Travis was at the ready to answer any questions we had or to help us out with any decision making and just an over all suave chill guy. People need to stop sleepin on Cons and it’s team bc they’re 10/10 with a badass seal of approval.

Cierra and the other staffs were very pleasant and knowledgeable in the products , and the manager was also helpful in my purchase. I would highly recommend them anyone to this new store. Thank you.

Perfect Service! I can't remember the name of the the young lady who helped me to save my life but she went far and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for my move! Wish I could afford to buy more things just so she could have made more on commission!

Very poor communication with customers, staff, and warehouse about delivery. We ordered a refrigerator and the day of delivery it didn't arrive, called to ask about it and were told it would take another couple of months to deliver. Not worth the hassle would recommend looking to elsewhere.
