You are greeted at the as you in,store is very nice and it's a arranged so you can get around in the store. You are assisted while you walk around looking,they answer all your questions and they don't rush you or push you into anything and patient too. They are friendly 🙂 and explain to the details everything to you. Some are new and it's was their first day but I remember my first day at work too nervous too, but they were very polite and answer all my questions to satisfy me. I enjoyed it and would refer everyone to try CONN'S. I give them a 10☺️.

Exceptional service until they knew I was trying to pay off everything and they wouldn't build interest. Then the only person who could accept the payment "has just left, and does not have a phone." The customer service should not change just due to the fact I want to pay everything I have off before first payment. Interest should degrade cause I am paying off before interest is applied. This is just wrong, Arrons was better than this. Stay away from here. They will play you, and make it impossible to actually pay off your goods. Brendon was good. Alex the manager will lie to your face to keep you from being able to pay off your debt and make the company more money.

Honestly my experience couldn’t have been any smoother, my sales woman let me do my own shopping. Super sweet and helpful and nice, short and sweet visit! Lucky for me everything was in stock and I get my furniture sat!

My husband and I purchased Living room furniture at Conn’s in College Station on December of 2020. In January one of the recliners on the loveseat broke. I called them and it was repaired on 1-27-2021. The same recliner broke again and I called and asked about replacement but was told they usually don’t replace till the 3rd time but they sent out a repairman on 7-15-2021. The recliner broke again and when I called it in they asked me if I felt like it was a defective part, I said yes. Instead of replacement they sent another repairman on 8-19-2021. The recliner broke again on 2-21-2022. When I called it in they told me my one year warranty had expired. Ashleigh actually told me that my warranty states it is to be repaired till it is deemed unrepairable. And since my warranty has expired they can’t do either. Seriously!!! This recliner should of been replaced the 3rd time it broke and while I was still under warranty. I will never do business with them again.

Mgr. Andy is FANTASTIC!!! We lost $600 in food overnight when our garage freezer went out. I called, he just received an upright freezer, put my name on it to hold until we arrived! There isn’t another freezer in the state of Texas! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Do yourself a favor and skip this store. Terrible customer service.

I bought a new mattress from them and not even two days after bring the mattress to my house it grew a bulge and they were no help. I completely understand the fact that because the mattress was on sale they couldn’t sell me an extended warranty but they assured me that the mattress had 10 years of manufacturer’s warranty. I first tried to submit a claim to Conn’s and was rejected and I was never informed about this until I called a week after the claim. When I contacted Simmons they told me that Conn’s had to called them directly and Conn’s refused to do this on my behalf. The manager Andy was completely useless and had a very hostile attitude towards me. I am now stuck with a mattress that is completely unusable.

Bought an expensive washer it gets delivered and it suspiciously seemed used not new like what we purchased. In start up it started making a horrible sound! I call to get it fixed I take off work the man never shows. They call 2 days after scheduled appointment day to say he cant make it. Then they scheduled another one for a day the repair guy was off work. Then when the whole thing was closed. Many months later still nothing. It is getting worse and I still cant get conns to help me. When confronted about it being used they denied it but it was full of nasty old water and had an item or two in it.
