What a joke.was pre-approved for one amout.got a card approved for a different amount when to store and was denied.Because the instore amount was $1000.00 bellow what my card is.lost this costumer.

this is about the company not the local store. if you get the service plan be prepared to wait if you are in the college station area there service people only come once a month and DO NOT make special trips. The service technician also did more damage to my couch than why i called.

Ms. Mendoza helped me. She was very polite, knowledgeable of the contract and pleasant to work with.

So the sales rep cierra should be the general manager cause she really knows her job.the general manager Andy is worthless and does not know his job and goes back on deals and dishonest would not recommend for anyone to go cause they take forever

Never buy form this place! They have a ridiculous 14 day return/exchange policy & they messed up our order multiple times and every time there was an error we had to pay more! Stick to known furniture places!
