Landlords beware ! These guys Butchered my house. Caused a massive leak resulting in thousands of dollars in water damage. Aggieland refused to accept responsibility and then overcharged me for the repair which had to be redone by another company anyway.

Calling Aggieland was the worst decision I’ve ever made as a landlord.

We had an excellent experience with Aggieland Climate Control. Over a year ago, our A/C stopped working in the heat of the summer. On a friend's recommendation, we contacted them, and they sent out a repairman. He got it working again, and didn't charge us for the minor repair. Then, this summer (2022), our poor old A/C just couldn't do it anymore, so we pulled the trigger on replacing the unit. They were very professional, got it all done in a couple of days. It didn't go perfectly, but they handled all the snafus quickly and thoroughly. Also, after a few days, our new A/C stopped cooling the air. I called, and they had someone out within 30 minutes. The A/C was working again by the time he got there, but he checked it out, and even when he couldn't find a problem, he didn't act like I was crazy or making a big deal out of nothing. Also, they filled out and submitted the registration for the A/C company in order to get us an extended warranty and filled out the application for the rebate from College Station utilities. I just had to print it out and mail it in. Highly recommend this company!!

Called around 12:30 pm on Saturday and my call was answered immediately. Keaton was out to my house in North Bryan by 1 pm and gave me his honest opinion that all I needed was to sheet rock the area behind the air intake, instead of adding a duct like I was thinking. He didn’t try to sell me anything or make up a reason for why I needed his services today. We will be calling Aggieland Climate Control when we are almost done remodeling for updates on our duct work! 5 stars to Keaton!

Aggieland Climate Control has provided us with amazing service. We were having issues with our air conditioner not working properly on a Saturday. We called late that afternoon, and they were able to have someone to see us first thing Sunday morning.

Service manager Keith H. came and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our air conditioner unit. He was extremely professional and was able to have our unit running properly in no time. I would definitely recommend Keith, and Aggieland Climate Control. We will use them again if we ever run into another issue!

Aggieland Climate Control were very quick to make it out to my house the morning I called which was wonderful. HOWEVER, once Keith H had told me he finished the work and left I went to turn on my newly repaired A/C and it didn't even work. No point in paying money if it isn't going to work.

I messaged the contractor shortly afterwards and have yet to receive a response.

Edit: Bumping up to two stars. Finally received a response from the contractor. I will need to replace the entire condenser now after paying for repairs.

Edit 2: Aggieland Climate Control offered to take another look at my A/C and see if they could fix it. They confirmed with me that they could fix it after ordering some parts. Once the parts came in (to be fair it was pretty quick) Keith worked diligently to fix everything. After a good while he said it was all fixed and good to go. My cost was now at $1000 total so far. He left and I turned on my A/C and its STILL not working.

Friday night, I realized my air conditioner was not cooling. The dogs and I did okay through the night with just fans, but then we found ourselves facing hot temperatures on a Saturday, with heat index topping 107F.
I contacted Aggieland Climate Control about my situation, and was fit in to their already slammed emergency schedule. The owner, Jose Rodriguez, was aware that the dogs were also suffering. Trying to find a cool place to take 2 Great Danes would be a trial for me.
Mr. Rodriguez made sure to work us into the schedule today, fixed the problem, and we have cool air and happy safe puppies!

Keaton did an exceptional job. He was fast to diagnose why nothing was working and got the problem fixed just like that. He really knows and loves his work. Even helped program my new thermostat. I would recommend aggieland climate to anyone who wants the job done and done right the first time. Thanks a bunch!

Update: had some routine preventive maintenance done on my home unit and again really enjoyed having Keaton in my home. He is funny knowledgeable and very professional. Not only did he make sure my AC was running perfect he was very nice to my 2 year old even pretended to let him help even though he wasn't doing anything. Made my day and his thank you Aggieland climate control!

I discovered Aggieland Climate Control when I was purchasing my first home and needed an HVAC inspection. I've kept them on speed dial ever since. If you're reading this, you need to know one thing: this company is the REAL DEAL. They are the friend you want to have in the business. They treat you like family - if the problem can be repaired, they will repair it without trying to force you to buy a new unit. So many companies these days will try everything in the book to sell new equipment to you when a simple repair will do. ACC is not one of those companies. Did you know their technicians have engineering degrees? They're as qualified as you can get! I cannot recommend Aggieland Climate Control enough. Give them a call and you'll find out why.

Aggieland Climate Control Inc has been our service provider for the last three years. They are prompt in returning calls and setting up appointments. Their Service Manager, Keith Henry, is knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. We are pleased with the company and glad we are on a cycle for yearly maintenance.

In the weather like this, and from my past experience, I really did not expect the A/C service guy could show up on time, but this time it is really impressive. Keaton Tann showed up on time, and although younger than my A/C, he is apparently very knowledgeable about it. He quickly detected the issue and fixed it. I will definitely contact Aggieland Climate Control first next time when an A/C or heating problem occurs.
