Mr.Jose Rodriquez, I would like to thank you and your company for sending out Keith Henry, Service Manager to service my AC Unit last week. Mr Henry was very professional and courteous in testing my entire AC Unit. He showed up on time and was able to resolve my issue late on a Saturday at 6 pm. I could not have been more impressed by his demeanor and articulate manner in explaining what services would be required repairing my AC. The fee charge was well within expected charges and I will certainly use your company in the future.

We scheduled service/repair for today and Keith called on his way over to let us know he could be here early! He was able to diagnose one of the problems right away. After looking over the rest of the system, he found another issue and very quickly corrected both. We were certainly impressed with all of that (and the surprising low cost), but the best part of our visit was his explanation and advice on how we can help our aging unit last even longer. He was especially excellent at helping us understand technical aspects in simple terms--a true professional! We are so thankful to have Keith visit our home today. We will continue to call on Aggieland Climate Control, just as we have for 11 years.

Keaton came within 2 hours of my call. I had been out of town for several days, came home and my a/c was not working! He was very professional, polite and kept me informed of any work that needed to be completed. He explained the repairs in ways I could understand and put me at ease. Keith came out just a couple hours after we called and fixed the AC for us at a reasonable price. He was such a nice young man with helpful ideas and very professional. Called because I was having problems with my A/C cooling enough,
2 hours later Keaton showed up at my condo and was very thorough with his explanation of what was happening. He was such a nice and respectful young man. The estimate he provided was very fair for the repairs needed. I will definitely recommend Aggieland to friends in the surrounding area.

Keith Henry came out to our house today to fix our AC. Truly, it was one of the best service visits I have ever had. Keith is a class act, who provided the highest quality customer service I could have asked for; exemplary. If it is possible to promote him or give him a raise, I highly recommend it. From our conversation, it is clear that his character, integrity, and genuineness are of the highest caliber. If our air conditioner ever goes out again, I will be requesting Keith.

Keith Henry is great to work with. He has been very friendly and helpful the times he has been out to my house. Our blower motor and circuit board needed replacing, and he was able to get to it quickly, and had everything fixed in 1 hour. He even swept up the floor when he was finished working! It's nice to be cool again!

Just had Aggieland Climate Control do my heating checkup. Keaton Tann took care of some issues for me and did so quickly at a very reasonable price. I have used these guys multiple times and they have done great work for me every time. I highly recommend them.

Received same day service from Keaton at Aggieland Climate Control for a drip in our ceiling that was coming from the drain pan. Keaton was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue we were having. Explained what he did and gave recommendations for preventing the problem from recurring. My husband and I will definitely use their services in the future.
