We been having issues with our apartment trying to fix our AC/heater. And finally they got Aggieland Climate Control to come and fix it. Keith was really friendly and fixed the issue real quick! Highly recommend this place.

Great/friendly company! Keaton Tann came out to inspect our HVAC unit and was super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They also came out for a previous visit and replaced a blown fuse for no charge as well. Great company and great service!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND APPALLED

While on a business trip, my wife called and said AC not working. I called Jose Rodriquez, owner of Aggieland Climate Control and I set up a time for him to meet my wife and inspect. He called and said I needed a new air handler and it would cost $2,500+. I had no choice but to trust so I paid it. I was having issues, so I called to report, but he would not call me back. He had someone else call me and said they would not come out and honor their work because I "beat him up on the original price" and he did not want to honor his work. Not only that, Jose Rodriguez would not call me himself, he had an employee call and tell me this. To add to the insult, Jose had the employee tell me they would no longer do business with me???

I am a Christian business owner myself for over 40 years, and I have never refused to honor my work, let alone because I did not make enough PROFIT on a customer the last time we did business.

I would NOT recommend Jose Rodriguez or Aggieland Climate Control to ANYONE!

Scheduled an appointment with Mr. Keith Henry for Saturday morning to fix a thermostat issue. Arrived very timely, was very professional and helpful, and even showed me how to fix the problem myself if it ever reoccured. Would highly recommend the services.

New install of A/C today. Nobody ever wants to spend so much money, but if you need a new system, call these guys! We are glad we did. They were very thorough and professional--so important on an older home like ours. Keith, Victor, and Drager make an awesome team and right now it is just so dang COOL to be in our house!

My Condenser needed to be reset and moved back into position. When the blower went out, I used the opportunity to have them both done at the same time. It took a couple of days for them to get a technician to my residents, since they had a lot of good reviews, I decided to wait a day for them to do the repairs. The technician was efficient and repaired the entire system. I was taken by surprised by the final price, but after talking with the owner, realize that the charges were fare. The major cost was due to manufacturers not making R-22 refrigerant and the price now retails for $80 a pound. Jose was patient, and explained everything on the bill and even offered to write a letter to my insurance company. I will definately use them again, and urge anyone reading this to do the same.

Very disappointed in my most recent service call. My new ac unit was installed about a 1 year ago by a company that i have used for many years in houston. I got a call from my tenant saying the led thermostat was not lighting up. The ac unit was installed with an advanced smart led thermostat. Because it would take a few days for my original ac guys to check it out, i asked aggieland climate control to take a look at the thermostat only. The whole ac unit had no issues other then the thermostat not lighting up. The service person said that the condensation line was not installed correctly and did not even address the thermostat. The unit has been working perfectly for a year. I still got a call from the tenant saying that the thermostat was still "not working" after the service call.. I got the a/c company from houston to come to college station. The led thermostat was working properly, it just needed new batteries and correct programming. Agggieland climate control technician did not know how to program the smart thermostat. I had my ac guy changed the original thermostat to a very basic thermostat with no led display. When i try to explain this to aggieland climate control, he just dismissed my comments. Very disappointed customer!!!

Another company told me that it would cost around $6,000 to repair our unit. Aggieland Climate Control got it working for $300. This is the best company I've ever worked with, very honest and helpful. Highly recommend! And thank you Jorge! :)

Very fast service today by Keaton Tann. Polite and very competent. Aggieland installer our HVAC system several years ago and has provided prompt service at a reasonable cost when we need it.
