We were very happy with the service we received from Aggieland Climate Control. They are quick to get back with you, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for AC/Heater repair.

Had used another HVAC company to troubleshoot a chronic problem where the AC would cool for a few hours and then just stop cooling to the point that the air coming out of the vents was warmer than the room temperature. Tried to get the same company to come out yet again on a particularly warm day but the earliest they could come was 2 days later. So I called Aggieland Climate Control and am very happy I did. Colton came out and within 20 minutes had found that the problem was too much freon in the system, which had been done by the previous company. He captured almost 6 pounds of freon and gave me a detailed report of the status of the system as it was when he arrived and the status when he left. He also did a detailed inspection of the rest of the system and left me his contact information if any problems arose. The system has been working great for almost 2 months now. Previously, the system would work for only a couple of hours early in the day before quitting.

TL;DR - Colton was able to fix a chronic problem in a short time where another company had not been able to.

Recently called Aggieland Climate Control for no heat. They came twice and fixed the problem. When I ask what's the charge for the services, they told me the problem was a loosen sensor and they tightend it and claimed no charge for that. Not only they impressed me with their professional services but also their integrity. Aggieland Climate Control is a trustworthy bussiness and is highly recommended.

All I can say is nothing but good things about this company ..we have been using them well over 6 months and we are pleased with the friendly service and knowledge ..this guys really know their stuff..professionals.
Yesterday Keaton Tann service manager took the time and explain why could of cause the fail of a transformer ..he was very thorough with the diagnostics and final repair ..very professional .will recommend to anyone looking for ac/heating needs ..commercial or residential

These guys were great!! Well priced and came out on a Saturday. Keith was friendly and knew his AC repair very well. We will be calling them again for our AC needs.

We had a great experience with Clay from Aggieland Climate Control. Our A/C was up and running the very same day. We will definitely use them again!

Keith came out the same day I called (in August). Very professional, clean, and courteous. Checked out the AC and adjusted some dampers to adjust airflow better to a room.

Omg we were out of air for 2 weeks at my store. Keaton came in and in less than 30 minutes had us up and running!! Thank you so much aggieland climate control you guys are awesome!!!!

Phone calls to this company were not answered for three weeks, nor were my calls returned after leaving messages. Minutes after contacting the Brazos BBB to verify that they were NOT out of business, I was able to get through to schedule an in-warranty service call. Technicians were pleasant enough, however, I did have to prompt them to do a more thorough job. The phone situation was very frustrating as a customer, and leads me to believe that there are internal problems with this company that require attention.

Aggieland Climate always comes through no matter what time we call. All their service folks are prompt, courteous and professional - Keaton was no exception.
