Fast and easy service! Gloria is the best! Ask for Gloria! I only came for a desk chair, but ended up leaving with 2 desk chairs and a new gaming PC. The financing worked very well for me.

Recently we purchased a refrigerator from Conn's. The selection is great and the prices were competitive, especially since they had several appliances on sale. Our sales associate, Chris C, was great! He came to meet us as we walked in. He showed us refrigerators for a while, and answered any questions we had. We didn't make a decision the lst time we went in, so he gave us his card with cell number so we could reach him if we wanted to the next day (since that was his day off). Process was fairly quick. Refrigerator is to be delivered tomorrow, so I'll wait to comment on that.

The guy that help us was really help but my experience was horrible when I arrived there I ask them about how it works and if they pull credit they said yes so I told them that I’ll make sure to look around to see if they have anything I like before doing any paperwork we found what we were looking for did the application and let them pull my credit once I got approved and gave me a delivery day they told me they didn’t have the living set I was looking at if I would like something else I told them no that’s y I ask if they had the one in particular before pulling my credit the sale guy was really helpful and try his best to make sure we were happy with the purchase but the manager that was in floor was not helpful at all I ask to speak to him and he said he was busy had every excuse not to come out and help his name is Dustin from the College Station Tx store.

My family and I came into Conn's yesteray evening looking for a washer, dryer, and a fridge.

Conn's has an attractive 0% for 24 months financing plan. Unfortunately, the financing we qualified for left us owing $650 that we would've had to pay upfront to get the items we wanted. Kinda a tough nut 2 weeks before Christmas.

Our sales associate Alex worked with management & the finance team to obtain price "concessions" on our behalf to get the product totals underneath our financing cap.

What that meant to us is that we will get our appliances this week with nothing out of pocket tonight and 24 months of financing at zero interest.

Very nice in communicating store policies. That is where the problem is. Corey was nice but unable to make accommodations. Would anybody buy a floor sample for the same price as advertised as new? Also, trying to buy three appliances but they did not want to hold the price unless you buy during the sale. Anybody who is buying a house knows that you don’t want to apply for credit until after you closed on the house otherwise it affects your credit. Conn’s does not want to make sales. Go elsewhere but Conn’s to rigid policies!

We came back a month later and what a difference. We selected three appliances and the sales person was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The store manager came and offered a discount. Every thing went very well. We fully recommend the store.
We really think we came on the wrong day before and things did not go right (if there is such a thing like a bad day while getting appliances). We’ll come back if we need anything they offer.

Customer service lies, and they don't understand English. I guess we out sorce everything to India. They don't English very well either. If I would have known this, I would never have done business with them. Keep the jobs here in the great USA!!!

I went to the Conn's store on Harvey Road in College Station looking for a sofa and loveseat. Their selection was great and the prices were very reasonable. The sales associate named Travis Reynolds was friendly and helped me in my purchase. The great thing was that they delivered my furniture the very next day not like most places in this area that want you to wait 3 to 8 weeks. I would recommend to anyone.

Conn's was awesome. We were 1/2 greeted by a girl who really didn't want to be bothered and definitely didn't know how to answer my questions or want to. When she walked off I meet Alex who was helpful would call and get answers or look in manual to make sure everything worked together! He was great and we bought a stove and microwave! And it will be delivered in 2 days.no one else can come close to that. Very happy can't wait for there installation guys to come! Thanks Conns so glad you moved to BCS I missed them from Beaumont where I grew up.

In the past, our family has spent over $24,000 at Houston Conns; big screen TVs, home theater system, and disc players. This morning I visited College Station Conns for the first time. My intent was to purchase local, support the new store and buy Sony's new 85" mini-LED TV for our media room. For several minutes I walked around the TV area. No one came to assist me. I was in plain sight of the sales staff but they were too focused on their cell phones to notice. I waited. And waited. Since whatever captured their attention on their phones was obviously more important than a customer, I left. Sorry, Conn's. I won't be back.
