Update on this review: The "owner" responded to this review with an email for me to contact I guess to give the appearance they are handling the issue. The email was about as useless as calling the store by phone. All I get is a canned response telling me to call their service department, which I did already and was told there is no one who can service my washer.

Purchased a washer dryer from them because I live less than 5 minutes from one of their stores. They did the install. The washer had an issue less than 6 months after purchase. I called the service department and they said they do not have any technicians in the area (despite me living right next to a store!!). Seems they can sell to CS area but won't service the area).

I couldn’t have pictured a better experience! My husband and I both had such an easy and delightful experience, the employee that helped us was absolutely awesome and professional and quick! I recommend Conn’s for all your furniture and appliance needs.

Easy, smooth transaction. Sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out quickly. Next day delivery is a HUGE plus! Purchased a refrigerator

I was excited to come in the store to make a purchase. A salesperson greeted me & went between other customers to get a sale. I would have preferred another salesperson to assist me that was not busy.

I bought furniture from Conn's in July of last year I'm paying $196 a month I have my wife to look at how much we still owe so I can pay it off and she tells me that it has only went down $45 each month since July we go up to Conn's and they tell us that it is $151 in interest and $45 on the furniture . In no way we I bought the furniture did they tell me it is 30% interest rate so I call customer service and they tell me to pay it off would be 7,065 but when I signed the papers for it in July it was 3,489. So I would actually be paying more than double the amount for the furniture in interest. This is a rip off.

I always have the worst luck🤔but I recently visited OUR neighborhood CONNS and yes I got a defective ac .
Probably broke in shipping .
BUT OUR neighborhood CONNS STEPED up and honored their warranty 😁the young lady who helped me was polite and smelled really good .and yes AND Dustin the manager ,yes he questioned me every which way as he should. Don't want to give Ac away .He did it with the UPMOST RESPECT A VERY GOOD MAN THANKS COLLEGE STATION CONNS 🥰I would definitely recommend CONNS TO EVERYONE THANKS AGAIN

I have went in the store twice and each time I went in the employees were standing around with each on their cell phones or just talking with each other, never looked up to address me. I finally went up and asked if I can be helped and then someone did, and apologized.

Great products at a fair price and friendly staff. Highly recommended Alex Martinez, he made our experience worth it. He was helpful and amazing. Glad we decided to check this place out.

First time to visit College Station Conns. I was greeted upon arrival and my buying experience was excellent. Dennis was a kind, respectful gentleman not to mention very knowledgeable of their products. I had been to Lowe’s, Home Depot, Best Buy and thought lastly Conns. Rest assure that won’t happen again, Conns will be first place I go from here out. I was able to buy appliance then delivered next day by two guys who were awesome. Al was name of one man he was one called to say they were in route. Conns gets A+ from start to finish by me

Terrible. I went July 3rd and found a washer and dryer I wanted. I was encouraged to come back on the 4th of July for their "sale" price. The price on each the washer and dryer had been raised $150. Never going to Conns again in my life.
