We called OPACHS to get a quote after it was discovered that the furnace in one of our rental properties could not be repaired. I would like to extend an heart felt thank you to the team at Opachs A/c. On June 29th, I met with the owner Oscar who came to my home to access the issues that I had with one of my air units. He explained what needed to be done, his suggestions and the cost of replacement. My furnace was old as well as my condenser, so we went with replacing these items. The replacement cost was very reasonable. A few days later, a team of 3 showed up and went to work! It was an extremely hot day and these men worked diligently to install the equipment. Everything has been great! My home is so much cooler and I'm extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. I would like to extend an additional thank you to Jermaine. He was the last man standing and after working in extreme heat for over 6 hours, he was gracious enough to vacuum the debris that was left on the floor from the installation. I received excellent service from Opachs A/C & Heating Service. Ladell , the technician was professional and was on time. He explained in detail what was being done and what was needed to correct the problem. I did not feel pressured to purchase other services that he shared with me. Just to consider them to make my unit work efficiently in the future. Also the receptionist who answered the phone was pleasant and professional as well which made me feel comfortable when I explained my ac problem. Would I recommend this business to others? Oscar made time for us and then was on time! He listened to us, found and fixed the problems, and never tried to sell us "up." Honest in all our contacts ... I'd give him access to my home at any time. I have and will continue to recommend his services to all. I'm very old ... lived all over the U.S. ... I know good service and this company is outstanding!

This is a great company to do business with. My mother called them out to have her heater replaced because it wouldn't light up. OPACHS could've taken advantage of her request, as she had her mind set to replace the unit. After inspecting the unit, they found a minor issue and repaired it at no cost. As most companies would've taken advantage of the potential revenue from a unit replacement, I appreciate OPACHS for their honesty and service. Would definitely recommend their services for your HVAC needs.

This company is truly great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only was my AC diagnosed but also parts ordered (I have a very old system) and repaired in remarkable time. I will be using OPACHs in the future and I highly recommend them as well!

My AC unit went out and I gave OPACHS a call to come out and repair it. They came out on Monday and a new unit was installed on Thursday. Steve, Antonio, Jermaine, and Jordan were excellent doing their job and very professional!!! I am very satisfied with my new unit and the quality service I got!!! Thank you OPACHS!! I definitely recommend this business to anyone needing a repair or a new unit!!

They have precise equipment & gauges to measure Freon they put in a unit. They input 3.5 lbs (2.64lbs, increased to 6.1lbs) but charged me for 4 lbs. They may buy it by the pound but they did not give me what they charged me for. That 1/2 lb they charged me for, add it to the next customer who they overcharge by 1/2 lb and they STOLE 1lb of Freon their customers. Lastly, their service call fee only covers checking 1 A/C unit, unlike other companies who check all your units for the cost of the service fee. This is deceptively not discussed when setting the appointment even when service fee is discussed when making the appointment. So I wasted my time being there for them to check my units. I could have gotten all my units checked with some other company that I used in the past. I also gave them 1 ⭐ rating but when I view what Google presented, it shows 4.9. Not what I rate them.
