OPACHS A/C & Heating Services

First thing.. they took my 📞 call! 2nd, they listened to my needs and set appointment for the very next day. I have a home warranty with FAHW and had placed a service request with them early, early Monday morning 6/17/23. Was assigned a contractor that never contacted me and then was given a second
contractor that told me, " I will call you when I get the chance"!! I wasn't feeling comfortable with them. Canceled my service request and called OPACHS on 6/28/23 and my 2 new AC UNITS ARE INSTALLED 6/29/23. These home warranties aren't getting quality companies to do right by customers. Sooooo, I'm totally grateful that OPACHS have me covered. Awesome group of technicians. Friendly receptionist and very helpful

Robert the sales Rep was very professional and provided details and the estimate for the New HVAC and promised great service and delivered. The Technician Jermaine Jackson was very professional and explained every step prior to installing my New HVAC. Technicians Kario Hubbard and Armani Fisher arrived to help with the installation of the HVAC and was very professional as well. I will recommend OPACHS and these Technicians for all heating and air conditioning needs.

These guys are great. I inquired about a new AC unit for a rental on Monday and they were out with a new unit on Wednesday morning. I got a great deal and a great unit and fast service. I definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Opach's A/C & Heating Service is the most professional company I've ever worked with. I had a new A/C unit bundle installed. Their HVAC techs were absolutely wonderful. I was able to schedule the install quickly, the day after my unit was inspected. My unit was very old, installed when I was in the 9th grade (and I'm 43 now) lol.. and it had a severe leak. All the freon was gone so I new I needed a new one. The techs were all professional. They quickly installed the outdoor and indoor components and wifi enabled thermostat which was a great upgrade from the 30 yr old thermostat we had before. Throughout the entire install they continued to ask if we had questions. The new unit is working wonderfully. The professionalism of the guys and the high quality of their work can't be overstated. I will certainly use them again for all of my A/C and Heating needs.
