I had Opachs install a water heater for me. They were not only the most reasonable in fees, their people came in, did the job very efficiently, effectively and professionally. Would HIGHLY recommend their services!

I would recommend this company. The technician Lydell was very professional as well as on time and I was even alerted that he was enroute before his arrival. I feel I received a fair estimate and will definitely do business with them in the near future.

Met Oscar with OPACHS last week from a very high recommendation from a lifelong friend. At the time; I was soliciting estimates for a new replacement HVAC system for the upper level of my home.The lower level system had been done. I’d received a couple & OPACHS is “GETTING THE GOLD”. Oscar delivered an excellent, prompt & thorough review of what was needed . He checked, inspected & inquired into the quality of the air flow in various areas of my second level explaining how addtl vents & ducts could make the rooms cooler & help with the efficiency of the system.
I also called him out today for a “911”check on my elderly Mother’s system after a power surge in her community was restored; yet her system wouldn’t function. I sincerely appreciated his since of urgency & concern for her well being; as he shifted appointments to accommodate her . His kindness & consideration spoke volumes!!

Mr. Robert Howard, was our technician today. He arrived on time. He was very polite, clean and very knowledgeable of what we wanted. He put shoe protectors on and did not objective to wearing gloves we provided. Once he finished with the estimate, he went over every detail that would take place if Opachs would do the work. He did not pressure us and that was a plus for us. It’s people like Mr. Howard that make Opachs the company it is today. Also, the young Ms. Pruitt was very nice when she called back which was within 15 minutes. I spoke with Mrs. Pruitt to confirm time today. She was very polite. Thanks, and we look forward this Friday, weather permitting to install our new ductwork. The price was reasonable and affordable.Thanks

I’m so glad I did my research and chose Opachs A/C and heating service. All the workers were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what I needed, offered reasonable options and performed the service efficiently. I highly recommend this place.

A company you can rely on! I think I first heard about Opachs A/C & Heating through their advertising online. I first called them last year, and they did really good work. They came to service my system and it worked really well. They had to replace a motor and I didn't have to call them back out, so the work was well done. Recently, they came out to do another service and the tech noticed my system was leaking air, so he was able to button it up so as not to be inefficient. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Great service. We called that morning and initially he wasn't going to come until the afternoon but he called back 15 min later and said he could be here in 30 minutes. After he looked at our system he gave us our options and a quote, as with every new contractor I deal with, I got a second opinion. Everything match up and the quote was good. I haven't had any issues with my A/C (besides being too cold). I will most definitely use his service for annual maintenance.

I called Opachs this Sunday morning and they came out by 9 am on a Sunday. Fixed my unit and were very knowledgeable and polite, plus so reasonably priced. I’ll use them in the future for my heat and air needs plus recommend them. Very pleased

What can I say about the teamwork, how professional, how time considered, and most of all how good the pricing is. Spoke to Opach one day and the next they where here and my unit was replaced and working great. Not to mention how well they followed up with me and made sure I was completely satisfied.
