My a/c unit stopped working yesterday. A technician was at my house this morning earlier than expected. He was thorough, helpful, kind and quick! Five stars

Called and they came out same day. Not company who was supposed to have came out yesterday for a scheduled appointment that didn’t call or show up. Give thumbs up thank you

They replace the contractor ..I got charge way to much for that part like almost 200 dollars I know that part only cost 30 to 40 dollars ...other than that the serve was good the guy was nice and that was with a 15 % discount outrageous.

HVAC technicians were very professional and courteous, but at a cost. Hourly labor rate is high (I was charged $272 for 1 hour labor) plus over $300 for a contactor. Seems to be a good service, but at a premium cost.

The employees are very Professional, Polite and their Communication from start to fimish is excellent! The technician was very respectful, courteous and discarded the packaging for materials used. Exceptional Service received .

OPACHS was quick and effective. I had a water heater vent knocked off after an ice storm. I called first thing in the morning, they were able to get someone out to assess the damage later that same morning, and then they were able to get a team out to fix in that afternoon. Price was very reasonable. Since then I have had them come in to do furnace and AC inspections. Service is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably-priced.

Got a new AC unit put in. Thanks to Nick and the other guy (sorry didn't get his name). They were wonderful and at a 100 degrees they never slowed down. They were so well mannered and very polite! Could not have found two better guys to do the job. Also, a big thanks to the owner for acting so quickly. Got it done the same day I talk with him! I would highly recommend this company.
