Would have been a 5 star if grumpy John Daniel hadn't thrown a tantrum. 4 stars cause he was still cool about still getting us unloaded but was upset cause we didn't schedule an appointment. So much that he damn near dropped one of the a/c units off the back of the truck. Never been anywhere that wasn't greatful about getting a delivery earlier than scheduled

Carrier has great customer service for the heating and air technician. They offer several classes that keep you up to date on new hvac equipment that they sale.

Didn’t have a common tool/device that is Commonly used… Not only the guy behind the counter did not know what a gas manometer was, nor how to spell it.

They don't answer their phones or return calls even though they say they will. Was #1 in line on my call for 45 minutes, couldn't wait any longer so the next time the automated asked if I wanted to get a call from them I accepted. Never got the call to this day.
