100% satisfied with the service I received from OPACHS. Called for Furnace maintenance and they arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, explained to me what was going on with the furnace and showed me what they did to fix the problem

Mr. Ross was scheduled for a 12:oo Noon appointment made with Opach's with Ms. Wanda (*who is DEFINITELY a VERY good phone representative for this company!!!) Mr. Ross came EARY, in fact! We were struck with how young he was given the current, running narrative about young people NOT wanting to work and/or doing shoddy work with mediocre work habits. Nothing could be farther from the truth about Mr. Ross. He was early, professionally attired, courteous, affable, and engaging. He actually LISTENED to us instead of assuming he already knew what we were concerned about with the Heating Unit. He checked both the wall thermostat AND the upstairs heating unit and gave it a tune-up! He then explained precisely WHAT he had done. He gave us tips on the unit model, the best unit filters to use, and the Maintenance Plan as another option for our needs. In addition, he gave us information on our gas fireplace and how to think about getting it serviced each Fall. Mr. Ross was also efficient and it seemed he had no wasted movements. Good stuff!!!!!
We were definitle impressed and pleased!!!! We will be getting the Maintenance Plan and looking forward to Opach's to handle our Heater and HVAC units in the future. Ms. Wanda and Mr. Ross were BOTH a HUGE reason why we have made that decision. They should get a raise!!! :-)

I used this company approximately 2 years ago to do a complete install right around the time Covid started. I paid 10000 down. They completed the installation of the units and the ducts. He did not complete the vents because construction slowed down. Inc I started construction I started back paying on my bill. I wanted make sure I paid them off.
I paid the final payment before he could finish the vent because it wasn’t there fault I was not done. Once we started trying to is the units we were having problems so I called him to ask could someone one come check the units. I made the mistake of calling on a Friday evening after 5 pm. He said I’m a big company now don’t call my phone after 5 pm. He proceeded to scream holler at me as if I was a kid. I was no longer treated like a client. I wasn’t sure who he thought I was. I had used this man before he became a so called big business. Yes I saw your commercial I saw your billboard but do that give you Mathew right to speak to people any sort of way. I thought about and say maybe he was having a bad day and called again on Monday morning I received the same response. He had the secretary to transfer me and proceeded to holler at me as if I was a kid. He said he would send someone out and hung the phone up in my face. I’m the person that paid you 20000 dollars. I’m the reason your lights are still on. The secretary set the appointment and the guys came out and measured for the vents and inspected the units and I never heard from them again. I called back 2 weeks later the secretary said that I owed them a 103 dollars for inspecting the units. I told them I would just pay them for the inspection and they can just give me the vents. She said she would contact Oscar and let me know. I called back several times someone hung the phone up in my face and I left several messages. I called back today and spoke to someone named Wanda and she said there were no notes anywhere concerning the vents.

And he said since the building has passed inspection he did not owe me anything. I told Wanda I would be writing this review she said do what you got to do. Really I think this whole office need training in business 101. Well ms Wanda you are right I will do what I have to do. I will be making a post on every social media site stating what a nasty attitude your boss or relative have. I hope none of my friends family Facebook friends or great grandchildren ever have to come in contact with your company

I called, about a rental property having issues with central air. They came out and fixed my situation the very next day. Needed a compressor. Everything went well. Have had no further issues since. Office personnel was friendly and cordial. Great customer service!

This was by far the absolute smoothest process to purchase a brand new air conditioner. They were the most reasonable out of 4 quotes that I had gotten. Offered a 1st user discount which really helped. The quote was sent via email with a denial and approve button. Shortly after clicking approve on a Friday evening, I received a call with an 0800 appt for the following Monday morning. They arrived promptly around 0800. The payment process was just as simple. I would definitely use them and I have recommended them to several friends already. I called the office twice and the receptionist was the very professional, helpful and polite. Definitely giving their all to great customer service. Thank you!
