Opach was called to my home to do a light cleaning of the condenser coil. These pictures show that the condensing unit was never cleaned at all. Therefore, the entire condensing coil failed and I had to pay another company to get the entire condensing unit replaced. Will never trust or suggest OPACH to any fellow Memphians.

I would prefer a programmable thermostat, like the one which was replaced, but I didn’t think to ask. Otherwise, the technician was absolutely great. He was thorough, explained the issues, and very nice.

Had a technician to repair a gas floor furnace. Although, I need to get it replaced, the technician was very good. He was quite thorough and seemed to be knowledgeable as to what he was doing.

I had 2 contractors to come and give me estimates of a brand new central AC and heating unit. The prices were Ridiculous. So my husband told me to give Opachs a call. They came out the same day I called and explained everything to me. I agree with the price and they installed my brand new unit in the next day. My unit is working perfectly. No regrets.

I was very happy with the service from OPACHS. The tech was very professional and friendly. He called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled and performed his work in an expected amount of time. I found the pricing to be fair compared to what I've seen advertised from other companies. I would not hesitate to call them again for maintenance or repairs.
