Where do we start? I hired these people to install a heating and air-conditioning unit, we agree upon a 3 ton heating and air conditioning unit to support the square footage of my property. Once the agreement was made and the install started I call Code Enforcement to see if this company pool permits for doing the install I was advised that the company did not pull a permit to do the job so my trust with this company went out the window once I was aware that there was no permit pull, also I discovered they install a smaller unit that doesn’t support the square footage of my property, and I would not recommend anybody to deal with this company, these people was going inside my refrigerator, unplugging my Wi-Fi and security system. Please be careful with dealing with these people. I also have them on camera riding back-and-forth showing up to my house on an ounce. I really honestly believe they were trying to take the air-conditioning unit that I just paid them for, these guys are crooks they’re not trustworthy. Be careful.

From start to finish the OPACHS team was professional, courteous and responsive. When my AC went out, they scheduled a same day appointment for a free estimate. They were on-time, and focused on what they offered (quality service at a reasonable price) without bad mouthing or making negative comments about the competition. When it came time for the installation, they were again on-time, thorough and professional. Finally, they were courteous and responsive when I needed their assistance to process a refund that was a result of an error on my part. Overall, a very positive experience!

I hired this company to install a 3 ton heating and air conditioning unit, these guys are so unprofessional you really have to check behind these guys if you hire them make sure that you contact Code Enforcement otherwise this company won’t be reliable for the job that they are performing at your property These people was really rude unprofessional. They did not clean behind themselves going inside. My refrigerator unplugging my Wi-Fi and cameras we have a contract to install a 3 ton unit. These guys came install what they wanted me to have after I paid them they installed a 2 1/2 ton, which doesn’t support the square footage of my property , I call and explained that half of my house is not cooling or heating. These guys told me that I need new windows instead of installing what I paid for the careful when dealing with this company.

Opachs is the most professionally orchestrated company I have encountered. I must commend how they go out far and beyond excellence. The technicians explained each procedure and process step by step and was very knowledgeable. They gave me options that were clear and precise. Had my unit up and running quickly. World Class !!

Excellent customer service. Patient, concern and showed me where the problem was and repaired my HVC.
