We contacted OPACHS A/C & Heating late Friday evening and they were able to come to our home within less than 24 hours. Oscar was the tech that came to our home and he provided friendly customer service the entire time he was here. I used this company 10 years ago and the owner came out and I had a good experience. I decided to use them again but a different technician came out this time. Honestly, I was a little worried because he didn’t seem to really know for sure what was going on and he left telling me that I would need to purchase a whole new unit which was gonna cost $4100. I decided to get a second opinion and the company just left and it was the condensate drain that was stopped up causing my issue.For $180 my unit is working like new. Thankfully, I got the second opinion and saved a lot of money.

Addendum: Just got off the phone with the owner, Oscar Pruitt. After a very nice and cordial conversation, I wanted to update my review from 1 to 3 stars. He understood and admitted that they were wrong in diagnosing the problem. He is going to refund our money for the service fee.

Once again, OPACHS was available the same day and met me at my house for a minor AC repair. Less than an hour and reasonably priced. I've used them for several years on full install jobs and repairs at 2 locations because of their commitment to service and professionalism.

I contacted Opach early in the morning after realizing the air conditioner had not been on all night. They returned my call, scheduled an appt. at my home, and completed the work all before noon.
The owner came and was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend Opach to anyone wanting professional HVAC services. Still blown away with how soon they completed the work and got a discount as a new customer.

From speaking with Ms. Franklin this am to the techs arriving it was an awesome experience. They found the problem and had me back up and running withing two hours!! Great people with awesome attitudes!!

I would definitely recommend this company , they are affordable and I was able to get an appointment right away. I had an ongoing issue with my unit and the owner Mr.Pruitt and his staff went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved . I appreciate their patience and being and honest company. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would use them again in the future .. I really want to thank the boss for being a man of his word!!!
