The technician was professional and did good work. The office did not follow through with ordering the part. Then several days later when I called to check on status, they kept passing me off to someone to call me back and never did. Finally talked to Madeline after a week to discover they did not order the part until I called. Later found out they never ordered it. I had to buy a new faucet. Would not recommend this company

I am truly disappointed with this home warranty company. They installed a AC unit back in 2017 and it broke down three time since the installation. Compressor went out twice in less than 5 years. What I don’t understand if something is breaking out too many times it should be understood that something is wrong. They trick customers to pay for the service fee knowing that you exactly know the issue and no matter what they try to make you think your dump. This company is useless and they over charge customers . Please I DO NOT RECOMMEND at this company . If you need a home warranty please try “Home Choice”. This is the worst and most terrible company and all they care about is their dam money. They don’t care about customer service . I am so disappointed with the type of service and professionalism
