Mr Trice knowledge of my service call made me hire Best Care Services to make my repairs. Mr Matthew Trice completed the job in a very timely manner and went through Everything he did in detail. We had Best Care plumbers in to install a new kitchen faucet and Best Care Air Conditioning in for an annual checkup and he came back in the same afternoon to replace the feeder box (which was old and hanging). All three men were personable, efficient and knowledgeable. We cannot recommend them highly enough. So glad we heard about Best Care!

Was able to have someone come out the same day as I called. They were very helpful and let me learn the process. They cleaned up and went above and beyond. Service was pricey but worth it for at least the gentlemen that worked with me.

We had a leak with the supply line to the toilet and called Best Care to come out and fix it. Antonio Todd and Matthew Trice came out on a Saturday and fixed it quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate the help with this emergency leak! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone else!

I bought a toilet through Home Depot and asked for professional installation. Best Care Home Services was assigned to my order. Antonio was exceptionally professional and courteous during the installation, even when he was faced with the unexpected. Antonio explained everything he was fixing in easy to understand terms. I will definitely be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs.

I had a tankless water heater installed in 2017 by Best Care Home Services. Unfortunately, because the unit was not installed correctly (drain hoses) the water drained back into the unit and destroyed the heat exchanger. I paid a total of 4700.00 for an unprofessional job. Moreover, the technician from a creditable plumbing company stated that the gas exchange valve was not install on the unit. Best Care put my family and I in danger. I called customer service and explained to them the situation and they wanted me to pay them another $80.00 for them to re-evaluate what they did incorrectly. Why would I trust them again?
