They quoted me an amount of $900 out of pocket to replace by Hot wtr heater and this was with AHS home warranty. No breakdown of what cost $900 but check 6 items on the estimate. Drain pan, gas flex & stop, starter collar, wtr shut off valve & permit. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Jonathan arrived promptly, diagnosed problem based on what I told him the furnace was doing. In 10 min after taking the panel off, he confirmed it was the fan motor and showed me the burned parts. It took him all of an hour to get us running again. He was so polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This is not the first time we have used Best Home Care Services, and have A!WAYS gotten top notch service from them! They are the BEST!

Cory from Best Care came out to my home for a follow up inspection after having both of our HVAC units replaced this summer. He was clean, professional, friendly and above all else, on time. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and even went so far as to clean up some of the wiring that wasn't perfect in his eyes. I would highly recommend Best Care to my friends and family, as they've done a wonderful job taking care of us.
