Home warranty customer. Tech showed up on Wednesday after they pushed the time from 8-12 to 10 -2. Tech was courteous and friendly, said he fixed the problem but would take a minute for the house to cool down. An hour later the house had still not cooled down and was actually warmer from his coming and going from the house. In the end the tech did not fix the issue, only showed up, tinkered and left. When calling back Best Care that evening, they sent me to techs line where I left a voicemail. No response. I called Best Care until they closed at 6:30. No response and repeatedly put back into the call queue. Was able to get someone this morning and the earliest than can get a tech back out is next Wednesday. I have secured the appointment, but will attempt to find someone that works more days than Wednesday and will be canceling my home warranty as a result.
Update: Shortly after posting this review, I received a call from Lynn stating they had a cancellation for Friday. Fortunately, I was able to contact another service provider and they are heading my way in 10 minutes. Home warranty has also been canceled, and that alone is another fun experience never to be repeated again!
From the initial phone call the service has been amazing! They where honest about having a full schedule and they would get to me as quickly as possible, yet they gave an alternative solution. My tech Dalton was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He blessed my soul today ! The name Best Care speaks for itself.
They were recommended by my insurance company. First time I called everyone was so nice. The techs were very polite and professional. They replaced my unit & coil and I paid them almost $4,000. Unit worked great for a few days and now it takes hours to cool down a few degrees. I’ve called and was told they call back in 10 minutes. No one called. I called the next day, and was told they call back in 10 min. After a few hours I called back again & all I got was a ringing phone line and music. I’ve called my insurance company several times and they must be getting the run around as well. I’m also getting billed an additional $1900. I am very disappointed with this company.
I've dealt with Best Care Plumbing, Heating and Air through my home warranty for years. Over those I've had good experiences with them. Today was my first time interacting with Dalton who came to address my air conditioning issue today. One word describes him...OUTSTANDING! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, answered all of my questions and concerns and also provided good conversation. Dalton is a keeper, Best Care, and represents your company in the best way possible!
Great experience with Best Care! Worked with Wes on an estimate for a new HVAC unit and Tyler on the installation. Both were very professional and responsive. Wes provided a range of options on the replacement unit with detailed explanations of the differences without pushing one over the other. Tyler was on time for the installation and on the money with his estimate of how long it would take. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
My air conditioner went out and I was put in contact with Best Care. They called right away and sent Dalton to fix it. He was on time and full of smiles. Thank you Dalton for fixing our air and for taking time to show us what had gone wrong! My Mom says thank you as well! God bless you!
Dalton inspected our AC units. He was very thorough and professional and clearly explained what he believed was needed to make our system work better and properly. Then he followed up and made the repairs in the timeframe he gave us. We are very pleased with his service.
WOW! What a great experience! Keaton, Mason, Evan, and Tyler are the best HVAC Install Technicians. They worked during the excessive heat warning and got it done! Customer Service stayed in touch with us from getting a quote until the night before installation. Thank you Wes and Kody!

I placed a service call with my home warranty company on, Thursday June 29th, this company was assigned the dispatch. I called the next morning, Friday June 30th, to see if by chance they could come out that day as my upstairs had reached 91 degrees. I was informed that it would be Wednesday.
I called my warranty company to see if there was another company they could get out that same day and was told that Best Care confirmed Wednesday but if there was any openings they would come Monday. The warranty company said they called other companies they have contracts with to see if anyone else would be able to come sooner, if not, the service would stay with Best Care.
I called Best Care July 5th, the day they were supposed to arrive, to confirm what time and was told that the service was cancelled. Best Care confirmed they spoke with my warranty company about needing expedited service and that then tried to say I didn't want the service. I called my warranty company who informed me that Best Care cancelled the service request on their end.
No cancellation was requested by me or the warranty company.
