I highly recommend the Trane "Run True" Brand. Made by Trane in same facility. Same parts, same configuration, different case. Over a thousand dollars cheaper.

I had installation of a water heater. The technician was friendly, easy to communicate with and answered all questions.

On June 12th I discovered a leak in my master bedroom. I called my home warranty and they sent me Best care of No. Alabama. First Carlos came and told me what the problem was. He was great at getting my next appointment with Nate to show us our options. We ended up choosing to get a new A/C unit. Nate quickly had use an appointment for Monday June 21st. Unfortunately the wrong unit came in, so we had to wait another day. Tyler showed up with an assistant and installed the unit on June 22nd. My house is finally cool again. Thank you Carlos, Nate and Tyler, you guys are amazing. I am so happy with the service I have received from Best Care. Thanks!

Alex was very knowledgeable about HVAC . He was the only tech out of 4 who could fix my unit. A month ago my unit is out again and in worse shape than the first time I have leaks my power breaker box blowed the fuses on heat and cold I have a power wire that’s not hooked up to the unit laying in installation that need to be on the unit. One unhappy customer 😢
