Your technician came on June 30th, to do a semi-annual maintenance on all four of my HVAC units in both of my houses. Less than a week later a compressor in one of my units at XXXXXXXXXX, went bad. Coincidence???? Maybe. Now, two weeks later, the furnace in the attic of XXXXXXXXXXXXX is overflowing with condensation and dripping through a light fixture into my kitchen. Coincidence??? With the amount of water, I would say not. What I would say is that whoever the technician is that performed the service does not fully know what he is doing. I have now had to submit two claims (post maintenance) to repair parts of my HVAC system that were working properly BEFORE your technician's visit. The warranty company has chosen another company to perform the repair. I paid $741.00 for your maintenance service and am NOT AT ALL SATISFIED you earned any of it.

My experience and expectation with Best Care wasn't met. After the installation was completed the technician couldn't get the A/C unit to work.
Just to be clear my family and I had been without air for four days in 85 degree weather. I called them on two separate occasions to reschedule appointments to finish the installation and they didn't show up.
I personally drove to Best Care office after a few days to complain about my situation. They finally sent a technician to my house to finish the installation. It took the technician about 2 hours to get the system to run.
After that the technician didn't offer to show me how to operate the new system. I asked and he only showed me how to turn on the A/C unit then he left.
I'm not convinced my system is operating correctly, my thermostat is on 70 and my home isn't cold.
I changed my system from a 4TN to a 5TN unit and I don't see a major difference.
My system shows cooling zones but it's not working.
I need someone from Best Care to come out and check out my A/C unit.
I received terrible service from this company. American home Shield referred them for the service and evaluation on my a unit, shortly after their tech left. I started having leaking in my attic where part of my unit is located. I tried to call them for emergency service no answer no call back. I proceeded to call another company which too care of the problem. They we only interested in selling me a new unit. I was very dissatisfied with there service and the American Home Shields Warranty company. They problems became worst after their service and I paid for a very good company to take care of the problem. They made worst than before I called them. Would not recommend or use their service again.
I have had 4 HVAC companies work on my split unit. By far Steven Holder has been the best Tech I have seen. Flawless, detailed and to the point. I will work with them and Him anytime a 10 star
We scheduled an appointment through Home Depot and then got a phone call on the day they were scheduled to come out to give an estimate. The guy on the phone gave an estimate of $10,00 - $12,000 without even coming out. My husband was upset and told the guy we would just go with another company.
