Replaced an electric water heater with a new one from Home Depot. Also replaced two commodes with new Kohler toilets. Did an excellent job. Quick scheduling and response. Techs were very friendly and professional. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Carlos was the service tech, very polite and knowledgeable of the unit. He told what was wrong and ordered the parts needed to repair unit. Answered all my questions and put me at ease of the problem I was have. Returned in a timely manner to install the parts. Stacey was also very helpful when I called for service from Best Care , she explained I would pay for labor and confirmed my unit was still under warranty. Thanks Carlos job well done.
An hvac technician named Steven came out today and did a great job! He was very thorough and did good helping me understand the issue with my system. He was right on time which was nice because I had to leave work early. Great communication! You will find a much better experience going with this company.

They came out to do a annual tuneup on my A/C System and damaged the thermostat. Tried to sell me on an entirely new unit for a bad thermostat. Then they charged me to fix a "leak" outside and inside. Had another company come out and found they had wired up the thermostat wrong and destroyed the thermostat and control board. Would return phone calls 25% of the time....Would take 7-10 days between visits for them to come back out...would come out and say they would have to come back in a day, which would turn into a week.
After 3 months, and multiple visits my system is now operational like it was before the "tuneup."

From the time Stacie called to schedule my service, until the air was cool again, she made things happen as if she cared. Tab, the technician, was obviously very knowledgeable, experienced, timely and professional. I was/am very appreciative of their exceptional service.

He thought outside the box and kept his word that he would purchase a new motor from a local Huntsville store vs ordering a motor from the factory (which would have taken longer) and come install the new motor the following morning which he did. Jonathan also informed me of the functionality of the new motor, things to consider for the future regarding my entire ac unit. He also educated me to bolo about fraudulent ac myths that are currently marketed. I was happy that American Home Shield sent out Best Care for my AC needs they were helpful last year when they came out as well. Keep up the good work guys and thank you!!

Service and response time was lightening fast and the repair guy showed up on time and the earliest in my time window which was nice so I didnt have to wait around wondering for 4 hours. Definitely use both my home Warranty and Best again!
