Best Care was assigned as a provider by our home warranty company to come out and fix our upstairs AC unit. We have been rescheduled 4 times, going on nearly 2 months of trying to get our AC fixed with Best Care. Their reasoning for canceling/rescheduling is always due to technicians calling out, or quitting. My children sleep upstairs and it’s 80-85 degrees at night…they cry because it is so hot. If you need your AC unit serviced or fixed in a timely manner do not use this company, you will just be disappointed time and time again with their inability to get the work done.
Nicholas has installed a water heater and also completed some plumbing changes needed for a remodel. Solid worker. Price is decent for the work done. I will continue to be a customer on upcoming projects.

Absolutely the worst HVAC experience. It is now March 22 and I’ve been trying to get heat/air since the beginning of February. The technician tore my unit apart and found the fan to be faulty and told me he was going to get the part and never returned. I had to start calling around to find him the next day. Claimed the part was on back order even though I was able to find online immediately. They then told me they would have the part at the end of the month. End of month rolls around no part and more excuses. Then they LIE to the warranty company and tell them I need an entire new unit. I’ve tried contacting the management and the owner and they won’t return phone calls. Once you speak to them they fall off into the great beyond. The ladies in the office scream at you for calling and claim the phone calls are recorded for accuracy but when you ask for a copy they don’t have them. Lol!!!! Now they want $1775 to install and new unit they lied about claiming installation of electrical and plumbing. I don’t know what kind of unit it is, the efficiency, zero nothing about the unit but I have to pay them $1775 to get it installed. It has now been two months and I still don’t have heat or air in my house because their technician (that doesn’t work there anymore) walked away with my fan and never returned. Warranty company got in bed with the wrong company. Rip off artist.
I purchased a new toilet and installation and delivery services from Home Depot for my home on Wednesday. Best Care called Wednesday afternoon and scheduled my service for Thursday! The installers arrived several hours early and my new toilet was installed and ready for use in an hour and a half. The installers left the area very clean. I'm so excited for the great service!
