    Run,Run, Run from this company! So Carlos from BCP&HVAC was sent to our home by American Home Shield Warranty and when they finally arrived 5 days after our heat went out in January. Carlos does his role playing by running inside saying he needs water the unit was smoking and wires was on fire. So a few minutes later he comes back inside and shows me some pictures of all of these burnt up wires inside of the central unit and proceeded to say that a power surge had come through and burnt up everything on the inside of the unit and it would have to be all replaced before the heat would work properly and he leaves and another guy named Nate comes back with paperwork for a brand new unit and said that American Home Warranty will only pay $650 and that we would be responsible for the difference of $4700.00 and they want to haul off the old unit for us for free, I'm sure to reinstall after they selling used bc it was fine.. Plus its going to take 4 weeks before it could even be installed so NO HEAT from January 12-Febuary 11 Called AHSW asked about them sending us another contractor for a 2nd opinion they said they didnt have another contractor in this area and it would take weeks to get a 2nd opinion. So we called our own 2nd opinion Joe East had our heat going in less then 1 hour on that same day. ABSOLUTELY NOT A SINGLE burnt up wires inside of this 3 ton 9 yr old Trane and only 1 faulty Part! This Company is a JOKE and has already changed names once in there short time in business in the Huntsville area. Not to mention this company is NOT accredited through the BBB and their techs are not certified!! Run as fast as you can from this Best Care!!

    This company is a scam. They came out to service my HVAC. Their diagnosis was the refrigerant was low. They said they put 3 pounds in it. Which cost me over $325. Well less than a week later my HVAC went back out. They came back out and said it was the condensor pump. Being a woman I did not have a clue, but Best Care said that they could replace it and they would refund me for the refrigerant that was put in. Also they were sending a rep the next day to go over replacement options. So next day came, this guy came with the options. 1st option- replace pump at $2,450...2nd option- replace HVAC at $8,000...3rd option- replace HVAC at $9,000. Mind you I went through American Home Shield. The guy from Best Care said AHS covers $1400. After calling AHS they said that was a false statement and that they had not determined thw amount of coverage. With that being said I canceled there service and requested my $325 back due to their misdiagnosis and the promise to refund me. I have been calling Best Care for the past 3weeks with no call back from the manager. I think they took advantage being that I was a single female. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

    The lead installer and his team from Best Care did a professional job of understanding the removal and install requirements to accomplish the job at the work site. In addition. The lead installer was were able to troubleshoot what turned out to be both a defective thermostat and a bad wire in the original house wiring that precluded the new Trane system from immediately turning on. Great work by the lead installer and his support team from Best Care.

    Update May 2022 - My second unit needed a repain this year. Best Care scheduled quickly and their staff is always professional and considerate. Thein tech, Tyler, did a great job.

    Enjoyed the professional staff and their methods to communicate and keep in touch.

    The worst company I have ever dealt with. I've spent a total of six weeks without AC since May, after seven visits from this company. It's literally 91 degrees in my house right now.

    First AC issue: smelled a burning smell so we turned off the AC, which caused it to start blowing warm air somehow. The tech came out, assessed that it was the blower motor. It took 11 days for the part to come in, then another five for them to come install it!

    Second AC issue: after a week of it working, it stopped again. The same tech came out and said that our thermostat was now uncalibrated. This was on a Monday. He said that it's a common issue and he will be back out no later than Wednesday with a new one. Seven days go by, so I call to find out what in the heck. The customer service said that my issue was marked as "resolved" so there was no plan to come back out! I complained, and they came out four days later.

    Third AC issue: it stopped working... again. Hurray, the same wonderful tech to the rescue! He said that now there was a crack in the coil and it was leaking freon. When asked why I've seen him so many times, he said that fixing one thing led to another thing breaking... Two weeks go by waiting to find out when they are going to bring a new coil, but they said they've decided to order a new unit instead.

    Fourth AC issue: after three hours of installing the new unit, they inform me that this new unit has a different metering device that only blows a different kind of freon or something to that effect and that this issue should have been caught before they even came out.

    My laptop has overheated and my dogs are not doing well. They said today that I need to call tomorrow at 7:30 AM to see if the part we need even came in.

    Please, avoid AT ALL COSTS!!!!

    Abriam, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and resolved my issue in a timely manner. He took the time to explain the issue with my heating system, cleaned up behind himself, and was the nicest tech I have ever had the pleasure to meet! There are not enough words to express how highly satisfied I am with his work and his awesomeness!!!! I recommend him to everyone! Keep up the great work, Abriam!!!! :-) :-) :-):-) :-) :-)

    They are usually good but as of lately I keep having to receive the same service over and over. My wires comes loose and they charge almost $100 just to tighten them. That's ridiculous when I purchased the unit and had it installed by them. Something so simple should happen because I change the filter.

    All the techs that came out to my place were good, so far I am satisfied with their service.
    I have to add this negative about the company management. I tried on several occasions to speak with the Manager/Owner to no avail. I was told he was in a meeting on two occasions and he would call me back. I was told on two other calls that they would have him call me back. I have received the unit and still not spoken to the manager/Owner. I said that to say he never called me back. Wow, that was very disappointing.
    I am not sure I would recommend this company.
