Keaton, Evan and their crew were very punctual and knowledgeable of their job. I received a complete HVAC system, ductwork and all. They were very informative and well mannered young men. They took pride in their job. Removed old unit, ductwork and cleaned up behind themselves. Very pleased with my experience with these guys.

They installed my new unit last year. Did a great job. I did have a few issues with installation but they quickly resolved those issues. Now they came out for spring cleaning and service. The man they sent was on time, quick but thorough. He took the time to explain necessary homeowner maintenance and the how to’s of that. Very pleasant. Very pleased with overall service and experience with Best Care.

Jason was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and told me to follow up tomorrow if the issue continues. Definitely, will refer Best Care Home Services to my neighbors.

Best Care Home Services did a great job with the entire process of purchasing and installing my new HVAC unit. They were prompt and very easy to deal with. Carlos was very professional, and did a superb job explaining the different HVACs, and he explained the different purchasing options as well. They were on time the day of installation. William ( the installer), was courteous and went straight to work upon arrival. He arrived at 8 and was done before noon. I recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer. My AC wasn’t working properly and it needed an expensive part. The two techs who came to do the repairs were absolutely amazing! They were polite and extremely informative. Once the job was completed tmy AC was working perfectly. They were obviously very experienced and knew what they were doing which is very important to me . I am definitely going to be using this company for any future issues with my AC system

Had a completely new unit installed in early Sept 2021 (Labor Day weekend). New system worked great. They have been back to do winter service and now spring service. Each technician and customer service representative I’ve worked with has been polite, friendly, and helpful/knowledgeable. My home warranty hooked me up with Best Care when I was having issues with my old system and I can honestly say I am very happy with their service and quality (home warranty was useless in everything other aspect of my experience but this referral). 100% recommend Best Care.

I highly recommend this company for A/C unit install/repair. Carlos and Joe really helped my wife and I out with a new unit when our unit froze up. They were super quick about it but they took their time and made sure everything was working properly before leaving and didn't seem like they were rushing anything. If you need help definitely ask for Carlos and/or Joe!

The service was exceptional!!! Keaton and Evan did an amazing job! First let me begin by states they were on time and even gave me a heads up on how long the job would take, while also providing a timeline of each step. They were professional and very detailed explaining my new unit and thermostat.

The only credit I give this company is Mr. Will Robertson, hands down the most professional part of this company. I have absolutely NOTHING positive to say about management of the company and their lack of communication. I say again their installer is completely professional and a great communicator. This company scheduled a recall meeting for me on Saturday between the hours of 10a - 2p they no called no showed our scheduled meeting to fix our HVAC.The worst part of it all is the manager/supervisor never called to explain or remotely express any type of an apology.

It shouldn’t take a negative review to get an apology. What’s done is done…I understand schedules change however, communication is key.

Installers Keaton & Evan were on time, professional, and quick to diagnose/correct our HVAC issue. Will definitely call Best Care again. Great service - thank you!
