Totally professional, friendly and efficient. Would like to thank Tyler, Jordan and Irie for their extreme hard work on installing our two units.

Joe and Kanjion from Best Care Home Services were incredible! They worked until our AC was blowing cold and constant. Their work ethic and knowledge are top tier! Some words that come to mind are: thorough, clean, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Owning an older home, I know there'll be AC problems but with Best Care, I don't sweat it.

After my prior unit failed, I had Best Plumbing and Air Conditioning come out to install a new one in my attic. The regional manager got the prices for a new unit and informed me that the Trane units come with a 10-year parts and labor warranty. A few days later August 17, I was met by the sales rep to sign the contract to have my air conditioning unit installed the next day. He let me know that the unit came with a 3-year parts and labor warranty. I negotiated to have the 10-year parts and labor warranty but felt uneasy that I had to catch the discrepancy and negotiate to get what I was told verbally.
On August 18, a crew came out to the house to install a unit. The crew then arrived and installed my air conditioning unit. After they left, I went up to inspect the unit and found that the air filtration unit (installed weeks prior by Best Plumbing and Air Conditioning) did not have the red light on, indicating the device was active, while the unit was running. A simple check to see if the red light were on would have revealed this. Furthermore, the electrical connection to the unit had a cable spliced open with exposed wiring. I called and asked for someone to come and clean the mess left behind in my attic as well as to fix the air filtration unit and ensure its operation. In addition, the crew had damaged my attic frame, but agreed to fix it later on in the week.
Before someone could come out, I noticed my celling over my shower leaking, right underneath the air conditioning unit. I called back and asked for a different crew to be sent out come out. The regional manager came out, then the same individual followed. As both were in my attic, the regional manager then left the same individual behind to do the repair, contrary to my request. After they left, I walked back in my house to discover my heat was on, even though my unit was set to cool. I called the regional manager back directly and he sent someone back out who said he got some wires crossed. He fixed it then left.
I was informed on August 19th after the install that within 3-4 days I would have a contractor come out to repair the ceiling that was now brown due to the air conditioning leaking. When that time lapsed, I reached back out to him again. He told me it would get fixed. If I wanted to, I could call someone to come fix it and get reimbursed and apologized for them being backed up. Well, a few days later (September 4th), my ceiling started to leak again in the exact same spot. Fortunately, this was over my shower.
This time another technician came out. He mentioned that it was because the pan was the wrong size, or in the wrong location, so they would get it fixed next week. It concerns me that the regional manager was up in my attic after problems were found and failed to diagnose the cause of the leak as being the size or orientation of the pan. This makes me wonder what other problems will be faced down the road.
Then another tech comes out to fix the cause of the leaking ceiling on September 8th. It gets repaired. So, I think all is good, right? No.
Later that day, I notice a brown spot on the ceiling in my other bathroom. So, I go up to investigate and I find that it appears to be spilled water from when they repaired the unit. So, I call again (3rd time) and I am told the same thing “We can have someone come out and fix it.” At this point, this is the 3rd leak I have had, so I have zero confidence that the unit will not leak again. So, I decide “let’s wait and see if any of the leaks happen again.” Since it has leaked 3 times, it may be better to wait.
2 weeks go by, so I reached out to the regional manager and asked for $160 so that I can fix the damage myself. $60 for the parts and $100 for my inconvenience. No response. Zero.
It is now 6 weeks after the unit has been installed, so I have decided I will just fix the stains myself, rather than to deal with the frustration of being ignored.
If I had it to do over again, there is no way I would choose to do business with this company.

Our 30 year old unit broke down on one of the hottest weekends of the year so far. They came out and diagnosed the problem on Friday, and had a new unit installed early Monday afternoon. Their efficiency and quick resolution to our problem was such a blessing. Kudos to your team! "Tyler is very efficient and explains things well. He is much appreciated!".

Great company to work with, good communication, and great customer service, ensuring I was happy with the work that was performed. Will and Tom did a great job with the install of my new A/C system and were very timely and effective, five stars for them both overcoming some challenges to get the air handler into the attic, and a big thankyou to Carlos for the follow up visit, taking care of a small thing that I wanted to have done. Carlos definitely gets 5 stars from me also, for taking care of something relatively small that I wanted done, but he wanted to ensure that I was satisfied before he left. The call center person I talked to, I can't remember her name was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. This company has great employees and that's what makes it great. Many times it's all about the small things, but when there is something your customer wants and it's something you can do, well they did it and took care of this U.S. Army Veteran with some OCD issues lol. Thanks Best Care! I would highly recommend this company.

The technicians were fantastic. Very easy to talk with and very professional. Mason was also professional, courteous and polite. I would put this service and team members above what I expected. Thank you.

The service tech Chris was very professional and he explained the issues concerning my unit and provided great service. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you Best Care.

We wanted to use them but they are in cahoots with American Home Shield and after the initial guy came and made the diagnosis, AHS must have muscled them to lower the opinion of their technician. The Secretary with the smoky lungs was so rude and actually hung up on us. We are normal, and had been with AHS for 14 years. I would NEVER trust this company, and our situation worked out fine but just beware of Best Care.

Had two units that needed repair work to function properly. I went through American Home Shield home warranty service. First guy came out and said I had two bad compressors and that both units needed to be replaced. Mind you, he was able to determine this by just popping off the covers of the units with a drill. He used no other tools. Didn't test for freon, didn't have a multimeter, nothing. Second guy was a salesman and came out to quote me news units, same day. It has been a week and still no report has been filed with American Home Shield as to what the findings actually were and what repairs would be needed if I decided to repair instead of replace. Meanwhile, it's starting to get hot outside and I still have non-functioning AC units. It will be interesting to see what their report shows considering I didn't get a write up on the findings myself...

Best Care was assigned to us by American Home Shield Home Warranty. They first made an emergency visit so that we wouldn't be without water until the next day. There was a charge of $189 for that visit and the repair was not completed at the time. They returned the next day to repair the leaky faucet. They reported to the Home Warranty company that it was broken from abuse and neglect. It was a 50 year old faucet. They then charged another $359 to repair the faucet. It was parts they went to Home Depot and purchased for $60 when they didn't have the correct ones . They also received a$100 service fee.

Shane came out for the emergency visit and was a very polite and considerate person. His supervisor returned with him the next day.

His supervisor on the other hand was rude and disrespectful. The supervisor refused to give my husband an itemized bill and laughed as he went out the door. The supervisor stated that the repairs were not covered by our warranty. Faucets and parts are covered when I checked my contract.

To add insult to injury it now rains in my kitchen when someone takes a shower. I have now contacted the warranty company and filed a complaint.

We have spent $648 for a repair that was not done correctly. I now will have to pay someone else to fix a problem they made worse and possibly have a ceiling replaced.
