Best Care was fast to respond to all of my calls, showed up exactly when they said they would, and worked quickly to set up our new HVAC system. The estimator came out and gave us several options to choose from. The installers, Jordan and Tyler, came out the following week with all the equipment and installed over two days.

I have used this company several times for numerous jobs and they have been all of the above that I checked off, responsive, personable, professional and timely. Tanyss has been wonderful in responding to my needs and scheduling appointments within a timely fashion. The guys that have been to my home; Nick, Daniel and Brody have been great. They explain their work and completed the jobs in a
timely manner. I would definitely use them again. Great company!!

Chris came today to see why my air unit was smoking. He was able to diagnose AND fix the issue the same day. I wasn't expecting it to be fixed today or I would've stopped at the atm to give Chris a tip lol. Plus he was training a new employee. Very satisfied.

Nick repaired a broken water line for me in a very difficult place to access in my home. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him. He is a professional, knowledgeable in his trade, and just an all around nice young man.

Dalton did great..he arrived on time and provided a remedy within 15 minutes and did a full repair within 30 minutes.

We purchased a new unit from this company and in less than 6 months ago & it (the air conditioning) wasn’t working so we called them to come back and check it out. They charged us $100 to come out and basically turn on a switch. We have warranty and it seemed unfair and excessive to charge us again to come check out a New Unit. They also did not come in the time slot they said they would come.

The two gentleman that did the installation of our heating and air conditioning unit were great! They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about what they were doing and I would ask for them again if necessary. Thanks Adam and Irie

Everything about the repair on our hot water heater was awesome. The 2 repair men were so polite and worked super efficiently! We will be using them in the future! And because they were available earlier than expected I was able to get so much done after they left! Overall it was a stellar experience! The reasonable price was a bonus!

Edit: just used this company for a second repair. Nick and the other technician (I didn't catch his name) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and I was once again extremely happy with the price of the work! 5 out of 5 stars!
