I am so thankful that I called Rise. The owner called me back shortly after I left a message. He listened to my issue and told me that he wold have his son come out to check my system out since he was the Nest thermostat expert on their team. The next day, Leland came out and knew exactly what our problem was as soon as he came in. He spent a little time in our attic and some time outside, but had us up and running again super quickly, thank goodness.
I will not hesitate to use this company again. They seem like a really good, honest company and I will recommend them to anyone.

Over the past year, we’ve had our AC stop working three times. The past two times, it was repaired by a different AC repairman, but it seems as though that fix was just a bandaid, since the same issue happened again for the third time.

Rise Heating and Air came the morning after I called, diagnosed the problem very quickly and came and fixed it the next day. The people I talked with were very nice, including the owner Ben. While a AC repair bill is never a fun thing to have, I was happy to be supporting a local business that does their job well!

This company installed a new unit for me 2 years ago. Been working great but I was experiencing an issue with my thermostat panel. Luke called me and walked me through the prompts step by step and had my unit running in no time. He was friendly, professional, and helped me in a timely manner. We’ve always had a great experience with this company!

Rise was recommended to me, and they lived up to the reputation I was told. Eventhough I decided to finish the repair myself this time, rest assured the prices are fair for unit repair in spite of the inflation we are experiencing. I appreciated Leeland's expertise and will be greatly considering them all when I do a unit replacement. Rise is a great and honest company to work with!

They kept their time commitment. Very professional and clear on their findings. Came back and installed both of our units in a timely manner and also cleaned up after themselves. He took his time explaining the new thermostats. Very serious and professional. I felt they weren’t in any hurry to get to their next appt. Kind and respectful young men! I have referred them to others. Loved that they are a family owned business and live in Madison.

My roommate and I were in desperate need to have our heat fixed before all this cold weather came in but we also had no idea who to call or what we could afford. A friend referred us to Rise Heat and Air, and I gave them a call. The owner, Ben Rise, came out almost immediately. Him and his entire crew his were extremely kind, and professional. They got everything fixed up for us and ready to go! Also affordable, I would highly recommend. I also love that this business is family owned!!

Our downstairs unit quit putting any out warm air last night. Called Rise this morning and they were out within an hour. Very honest with good customer service. Our unit is an older unit, which some companies may have told us we needed a new unit. The technician informed us of the issue and took care of it. Highly recommended!

They gave me the most affordable quote out of the other 3 places I called, for the repairs I needed on my home. They answered all the questions I had, and were so professional and nice. I will definitely be using them from here on out! Not to mention they are a family owned business! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I called the owner that morning ...he said it would be the next day before he could get out of there possibly the next day and then he called me a couple hours later and said he had somebody on his way for me.. that's customer service and that's why he got five stars..
