I filed a claim with my warranty company and it took a month for my HVAC to be repaired by Home Best Services. It was by far the worse experience I’ve encountered not to mention a representative attempting to sell me a product that was not approved by my warranty company and was not needed from the recommendation that was presented after the diagnostic. I was told if I purchased the new system which was $10,500, may I add, they would be able to install within 3 to 5 days, but since I did not qualify to get the new system, it resulted in my equipment not being repaired for 30 days. The entire staff not only failed to communicate properly, but accused me of lying about a representative not leaving a message on a voice mail that I do not have. My experience may not be like any other, but I would not personally recommend this company. #disappointedcustomer

Called this morning to get estimate for a pump on my water tank to recirculate hot water. Got the appt for today 12-2 GREAT! Shane, the tech, was supposed to call 30mins before, he called literally 5mins away, that's OK.
Arrived, took him to the water tank. Told him what I wanted. His immediate response was No, we don't do that on existing units, your pipes could bang and rattle, causes never ending problems, costs a lot of money. OK, can you give me an estimate? Calls his boss, "do we install pumps on existing units?" Boss - 'NO" So, i said, OK I'll call someone else.
I know they are installed on existing units, my friend did it, that's where I got the idea.
1. I told the lady when I made the appt what I wanted, she could have said, we don't do that.
2. Shane and his boss were dismissive.
3. Not for the company to worry about banging pipes or cost, that's my decision.
4. They didn't want the business; my guess it was lunch time and didn't want to be bothered.
