Air Ducts & More

I've been using Air Ducts and More for quite a while now for semi-annual maintenance and some needed emergency repairs. They respond quickly, are friendly and very professional, and reasonably priced. My utility bills have gone down substantially since I've been using them and the service has more than paid for itself. I highly recommend them!

I always dread putting in a request with my home warranty out of fear for who they will send. I was thrilled with the service provided from Air Ducts & More. They were assigned to my (non-emergency) ticket over the weekend. I received a phone call that Monday at 8 a.m. and my technician, Jason, arrived by 9 a.m. He was incredibly kind and engaging as he diagnosed our problem and proceeded to fix it within an hour.

This company was sent out by American Home Shield. Air Ducts and More were helpful and knowledgeable. While trying to fix my system, they were getting the run around from American home shield. Air ducts and more fought with AHS to get me the replacement system I needed, and still came through with great service. I highly recommend this company.

I have never dealt with a more professional company. The technicians are always so polite and the owners are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customer’s experience is the best they have ever had. Would 100% recommend this company to my family, friends, and anyone else that might need them.

Air Ducts and More has taken care of our rental pro perties for the past 6 years. We live out of town, so having a company we can depend on is important and such a breath of fresh air. We are on their twice a year clean and check program and they show up twice a year and take care of everything. We don’t even have to call them. They just send me a text when the job is I done. When we go back to Memphis and check the properties, I always know our heating and air system are in excellent condition. Thank you, Air Ducts and More!

Jason Buckner from Air Ducts & More came out to make a service call on my central heating system today.
My thermostat had been acting up, and Jason quickly helped me identify the issue and got it straightened out, and took the time to teach me what I needed to know to recognize the problem next time!

He explained everything down in a way I can understand as well as my husband. He didnt use industry jargon. He COMPLETELY fixed our heating problems after maintenance did a botch job in times past. I'm grateful he came out. Great job.
