I originally gave a 5 star rating for the service they did to check and clean my unit. The technician seemed like he was doing a good job, but later found out the A/C unit was not working. When they were checking the unit the technician lowered the temperature so the unit would constantly run. He told me he could shut it off from outside which I found strange. Since this was a downstairs unit and the temperature was not extremely hot so it did not rum for a couple of weeks. When it got hot it did not turn on so I called Bestcare and told them I think the technician did something when he shut it off. They would not come out for well over a week. I ended up calling another company and they found the technician did not turn the breaker back on. What makes me really mad is I called them and they told me the manager would give me a call and it has been a week and no response. So I had to pay another company to repair the unit and didn’t even get a response back. This company really does care about their customers.

Lisa was amazing when we talked on the phone about the services I needed. There has immediate availability the following day to come and provide an evaluation for a second opinion. I needed a second opinion on my apartment furnace and what was causing the strange odor I smelled after maintenance came multiple times to try to fix my heat. They even said they had contractors come, but nothing was wrong and the odor I smelled was dust burning. Ron was amazing! He called me when he was on the way and arrived at the time he stated he would. He was friendly, professional, and patient! He was able to validate my concerns that he could smell the odor, diagnose the issue, and provide me with written notes to use as I discuss this with the property manager. He also provided additional concerns noting the furnace is a fire hazard. The entire process was smooth! I would definitely recommend calling for an evaluation. The cost was very reasonable!

We told they would install Furnace within 3 days it took them 10 days in the midst of the worst freeze in the US history. I ended up with frozen and busted pipes because there was no heat in the house. the day they decided to install the furnace they bombarded my cell with calls for 2 hours while I was in bed to collect a non covered payment. I will be contacting the better business bureau soon
Paid $755 for non cover warranty and they would only replace the furnace not the A coil plus $100 for service call.
plus the warranty which is $1400 plus for 2 years.
New Furnace costs $1500 including the A coil and with installation
so I gave them $2255 whereas I could have sent $1500 and saved over $700
When they called(10 times ) started at 8 AM they gave me 0 notice and were very rude and told me that they're policy was to collect payment first before installing the unit, I called a week before that and volunteered to pay but was told by the manager that payment can be made after installation...
I paid for the best warranty according to the regional sales person. Obviously it didn't cover punch of things one of them was the flue pipe which I was charged $755 for a simple pipe. The tech installed it 30 minutes
They also told me they don't take online payment but when the manager was there she said they do. When she was off they told me they don't have online payment. They pressure you to cough the payment before they do repairs, Otherwise the tech will leave the house if you don't make the payment on the spot which was what happened with me. The tech left because I didn't make the payment when they called me at 8 Am
lastly when I asked about the labor warranty they said 30 days Only
after 30 days you will have to pay another $100 for them just to come look at it. Before you buy a warranty make sure to read the fine prints and ask about their exclusions

I called Best Care at 10:30 am & the tech was working on my heating system within the hour. He was so professional, he was personable & he tolerated my barking dogs. The tech had the part my system needed in his truck, so my problem was fixed within 2 hours of my initial call. I will DEFINITELY use Best Care again.

Overall they did a good job. I did have two issues with the job they did. They came back out and fixed the one issue but the second issue they did not fix. I wouldn't mention the second issue but it was the flippant response I was given that made me write this. Where the power cable comes thru the wall, they damaged the dry wall around the hole, breaking the dry wall. I was told they don't fix dry wall. That's all well and good but you damaged my wall and it needs to be repaired. That is my main complaint.

Purchased my water heater through Home Depot and Best Care was contracted for the installation. They came out and assessed my needs. They were very helpful, here when promised and worked through the complications of having to install in the attic on the third floor. I highly recommend their services and will call them again when needed.

I have used best care for many years. In the past they have installed two HVAC units and a tankless water heater. Techs are always knowledgeable. That was true of Reggie today.
